"I was so pleased with the Mr Moving team, they arrived a few minutes early, worked constantly at a good pace and took good care of my furniture. Everything was shrink wrapped that was upholstered and blanket wrapped that was wood. They were careful with walls, doorways and floors. The guys were pleasant and answered all my questions. They were proactive with the office team to ensure all details of storage were prepared. Price is fair. I would gladly hire again!"

They even had some helpful suggestions on how to arrange the furniture in the new place. And best of all, the price I was quoted is the price I paid, no surprise fees at the end. We provide Long Distance Moves across the entire country, directly from our West Coast HUBS located in AZ, CA, OR and WA. Or, we team with our partner companies to complete moves together. We are proud to provide a service that no other company offers; Dedicated Trucks. This means that your belongings are loaded on the truck and not combined with anyone else’s items (from/to west coast only). They are not transferred to other trucks or facilities in route which causes damage and loss of items (typical with van lines). We have a set loading day and unloading day. This is by far the safest way to ship. Our interstate rates are per 24ft moving van that holds up to 8,500lbs or 1400CuFt. Some customers require one truck and some require more. One truck holds the average 1800SqFt.

After correcting the inventory to 124 items, my estimate increased to $5,485 with another $1,000 deposit. On move day, movers from an undisclosed subcontractor, MoveKing LLC, arrived instead of Starline. Despite removing large items, I was told my quote (1250 cf) was insufficient. I was forced to pay an additional $1,892.50 before loading began. Only half the truck was filled, and I was told the rest would cost $1,200 more?even though all items were part of the original quote. Items left behind included TVs, a desk, recliners, and bedroom sets. The mover said they'd return the next day, but as of the 10:02pm of July 4, the move remains incomplete. This reflects deceptive pricing, failure to disclose subcontracting, and violation of moving laws. I request a refund and will continue to investigate both companies."
