The gentleman, or technician, does explain everything and he point out a few things that I might want to look into. Only issue I had was on two occasions, they came late. Not much late, but there's room for improvement there. In their listing, they list out the things they are going to do. I didn't stand over them to make sure it was done but I haven't had any problems. They are supposed to clean the unit and do the tune-up. I'm not sure what that entails. My energy bills are still fairly low. I'm assuming that has something to do with the 6 month service calls they tell you to do as a homeowner maintaining the system. The last time they came, he did bring me a filter. I did have a filter but he switched it out for another filter. No extra charge for that. Just a courtesy from the business. I can't speak negatively other than the late arrival. The price is good. I'm getting a good deal."
