"This guy called promptly to schedule an in home consultation and came promptly the next morning. I received a courtesy call from him saying that he was running 10 minutes behind schedule. When he got here, he was friendly, he evaluated my attic and determined that no insulation was needed. I tried to push him a little to say that we might need a little more insulation up there since that particular room gets colder than others but he insisted that adding insulation wouldn't help. I think others might have tried to get some work out of the visit, but not these guys. I would recommend them based on their honesty, fairness, and integrity."

"i scheduled an appointment to get 3 missing shingles replaced. i saw the $149 deal that included a full roof inspection, replacement of up to 5 shingles, attic inspection and a few other maintenance tasks along with a $250 credit for future use. i really only needed the shingles replaced but i'm glad i purchased this deal. Howard (one of their head techs) arrived right on time for the scheduled appointment. first thing he inspected was my attic. he found a few issues and described them fully to me along with showing me pictures. he noticed one of my air ducts was not connected, which meant i was heating and cooling my attic for who knows how long and also meant my bedroom was not getting the right air supply either. to save me time in having to hire an HVAC specialist, Howard asked me for a roll of duct tape and was able to reconnect the dislodged air duct. he then spotted a leak in the roof about the size of a quarter that was dripping through the insulation. he also saw water marks in another location but wasn't quite sure how it got there. after he inspected the attic, he hopped up on the roof. he replaced the 3 missing shingles (didn't match my current shingle color but no big deal). he also found where the leak was coming from. apparently there was a bullet casing stuck in the roof which was causing the leak! after his work was complete, he gave me a full description of what he saw and a few recommendations. he answered any questions that i had. Overall, Howard seemed like he had a lot of experience and was honest. total time of the work took about 2 hrs 15 minutes from start to finish. i would use them again in the future for any roofing needs. he told me they do other work like windows and siding. my only negative was that my appointment date was about 1 month from when i called to schedule it. i'm guessing it's because they are busy and booked up but it was obvious after the quality of service that was provided. also, the pictures he took were supposed to be sent to me. it's been about 5 days now since service and i have not received them yet."

"I had a good experience with them. I liked the fact that they do a lot of work but they are small. Specific people come in and do specific things. The people that put in the windows were the same people that put in the sliding glass doors. I also had them put trim up on my house and that was a different group. They were nice and courteous. They cleaned up very well after themselves. The guys that did the work were really good. I am thinking about them doing my attic insulation."

Ted Lutz (Owner) was great to deal with while he helped me determine how many handymen would be needed for my job. I settled on two and Julie(?) quickly had me on the schedule. They were flexible on timing, and were able to accommodate a date that wasn't too far off. On job day, the crew arrived exactly at 8am and scoped the work. One guy got to work straight away at ripping out old wood, while the other went to Home Depot. The office emailed the receipt to me so I could see exactly what the materials cost. No surcharge. Overall, I'm very pleased with the work they performed and would hire again. They left a few bit of wood that they had cut lying in the yard, but overall cleaned up well. If I had to do it again, I would buy the materials and have them ready for when they arrived to save time."
