"I'm happy with the carpet I chose and the work that was done. Most companies have you split payments where the final payment is after the work is completed. This company has you do the final payment BEFORE they start the work. I was uncomfortable with this but it's in the contract you sign. They do guarantee their work so that's why I agreed. The agent who came to the house was patient with my decision process and I appreciated that. It's nice to be able to see samples right there where the existing decor is so you can see how everything will blend."

"They had to come out twice to do cleaning as after the first attempt there were still many stains on furniture. There were still stains after second cleaning so maybe they were permanent. In the future, communicating that residual stains are probably permanent would change our perspective from the service being deficient to the stains being indelible."

Second was to clean upholstery (sofa and 2 chairs). Crew worked carefully and efficiently, explaining and/or answering questions when asked. What an immediate difference in appearance! Excellent results, even though drying time generally somewhat longer than estimated. I have used Superior four times now for carpet and upholstery cleaning and will call them again when needed.
