He called the retailer on Monday and when he heard our unit arrived early he came at 3 in the afternoon, a day early, to start the huge job of replacing our system so we didn't need to spend another night in the heat. We cannot thank them enough for all their hard work, professionalism, positive attitude, and excellent customer service. Our new unit was expertly installed and configured, even with a few customizations to accommodate our house. They left our house at 6:30 PM and our house was cool enough to sleep by 10. Really amazing company and group. The business manager, Fran, is a big part of the customer service, and worked hard to communicate with us and registered our new unit with the company to ensure the warranty was all set. Cannot say enough good things about them. Worth every penny (which was also a pretty good price considering the work to be done). Well done, Ideal!
