This company has you do the final payment BEFORE they start the work. I was uncomfortable with this but it's in the contract you sign. They do guarantee their work so that's why I agreed. It's nice to be able to see samples right there where the existing decor is so you can see how everything will blend."

"They had to come out twice to do cleaning as after the first attempt there were still many stains on furniture. There were still stains after second cleaning so maybe they were permanent. In the future, communicating that residual stains are probably permanent would change our perspective from the service being deficient to the stains being indelible."
