"They had to come out twice to do cleaning as after the first attempt there were still many stains on furniture. There were still stains after second cleaning so maybe they were permanent. In the future, communicating that residual stains are probably permanent would change our perspective from the service being deficient to the stains being indelible."

"I contacted Greg on a Sunday asking for work to be performed on my day off. I needed the carpet cleaned in my whole house.
