"I'm happy with the carpet I chose and the work that was done. Most companies have you split payments where the final payment is after the work is completed. This company has you do the final payment BEFORE they start the work. I was uncomfortable with this but it's in the contract you sign. They do guarantee their work so that's why I agreed. The agent who came to the house was patient with my decision process and I appreciated that. It's nice to be able to see samples right there where the existing decor is so you can see how everything will blend."

"They had to come out twice to do cleaning as after the first attempt there were still many stains on furniture. There were still stains after second cleaning so maybe they were permanent. In the future, communicating that residual stains are probably permanent would change our perspective from the service being deficient to the stains being indelible."

"I contacted Greg on a Sunday asking for work to be performed on my day off. I needed the carpet cleaned in my whole house. I have two dogs and 3 cats so when they have accidents it can get pretty messy. They arrived on time and did a great job. Greg and his staff were very friendly and professional."
