"Marcus, a representative for Zerorex came out to price cleaning my carpets. He was very fair in price and also very personable. An appointment was made and when he came again all went very well and in a timely fashion.I worked with another carpet cleaner about a year ago in another home and the experience did not go nearly as smooth. "The price was completely out of our budget -- despite what we stated we were able to pay. Additionally, we received 3 other estimates that were 40% cheaper that what Empire could offer AND included materials to cover our problematic stairs -- which Empire suggested staining to match the laminate."
