"This is a second time I hired Lazaro because he did a superb job on pavement. This time, a bit hesitating to call him because it's landscaping work rather than hardscaping. However they did a great job removing weeds, adding top soil and planting sod and bushes with mulch on front yard. On side yard, they removed weeds, added top soil and planted seeds. I like his prompt response, reliability and commitment. They have a solid work habit. Strongly recommend."

The company main contact scheduled an appointment to review and assess the lawn, and provided a quote for the services needed (trimming the Hedge bushes, laying down grass feed, and mulching the trees). The company informed me when they would be able to perform the services needed, and they showed up as agreed. The lawn was amazing!! My attendance was not required, since I had to be in the office. Once the services were completed, the company sent me photos of the completed work, and my yard looked like a complete new yard. "Edwin Landscaping knows what they are doing and are professional. This company removed an abundance of weeds and overgrown vinca, trimmed the shrubs, roses, and hedges before edging all the beds and mulching. They also removed the old lattice from under my deck, installed new framing, new lattice and replaced a gate. All of this was done in a few hours in excessive heat and at a reasonable price. I highly recommend them and will be hiring them again for maintenance and a few other jobs I need to address in the future."

I’ve worked with “several dozen” contractors as a landlord during the past 30 years and I can count on “one hand” those contractors who have clearly stood out for their quality work, honesty and professionalism. Two contractors did not bid on this project due to the large size and scope of the project. Another very popular drainage/landscaping company in Prince William County submitted a very low price for the job but their verbal description of the work to be done and their unlimited, “to-good-to-be true” warranty was not reflected in the contract. The price provided by Premium Drainage & Erosion Solutions was competitive and the scope of work was very detailed. This project was somewhat large in scope and involved 25 yards of top soil to be added to the backyard. I’m grateful for the company’s honesty to bring in the full amount. I’ve dealt with some contractors that would bring in less but charge the full amount. Although the contract required placing grass seed and straw in the backyard they placed sod throughout the backyard at no additional charge. The backyard looks beautiful. I strongly recommend that you include this locally owned business when getting price quotes for your drainage/erosion projects."

"After having a large section of my yard regraded with fresh soil and seed, I requested that area not be cut while allowing grass to grow. However the rest of my front and back yard needed regular mowing and trimming. Gregorio was handling my yard was very knowledgeable and gave me great advice how best to handle this. Once grass was growing in the new areas he cut at a taller height until it was thick enough to be cut at the same height as the rest of the yard. His weekly mowing and trimming with specific care was great."
