"2 of 997 Urgent: Project Management Issues & Pending Renovation Work We are experiencing significant project management issues that have caused unnecessary delays and frustration.Their quality of work is good but project management sucks big time,. We started our bathroom rennovations on Nov 29th 2024 the project wsda supposed to be completed in 5 weeks now it is almost 2 months and the master bathroom still needs to begin constreuction. We have had 3 project managers so far. However, despite multiple follow-ups over the past week via our text messaging group and several calls, we have yet to receive any updates on a variety of outstanding work in the loft and guest bathroom that need to be done. This lack of communication and progress is unacceptable. While we understand that Elkay is taking a break, the responsibility for keeping us informed and ensuring the project stays on track should not be neglected. We are not getting proper updates about stataus of several pending issues and we feel like we are being passed around without any clear resolution or accountability. The most pressing concern is the arrival of the bathtub, as all further work on the master bathroom is stalled until it arrives."

"He will tell you that he is running a promotion of $250,00/hour to help homeowners. He tells you he will bring about 3-4 men and they will get a lot done in 1 hour. I trusted him and signed the contract because I had lots of things to be done. He came with 2 guys. Two guys worked on a 3x3 wall, in my closet, to fix the plaster that was peeling just on one corner. To fix the wall only, took these 2 guys 6 hours. Solomon took 4 hours to change a bathroom sink faucet, 2 more hours to replace 4 smoke detectors, and to try to fix a fireplace that did not work at the end. He was chatting on the phone all the time when fixing those things. To resume, they worked 6 hours and I paid $1660,00 to fix a small wall in my closet, change a sink faucet, and replace 4 smoke detectors. What a rip off! They come completely unprepared. They keep sending you to Home Depot or whatever store to buy things they need. They did not even have a roller and a brush to paint the wall. You will also pay"

"Throughout the roughly 2 week long master bathroom shower tile install, Sheila responded within minutes to every one of my texts, emails, and phone calls. She showed up on time for our original consult and arrived on site multiple times throughout the work to ensure work was being completed correctly. Her team took extra care to ensure our home around the work area remained clean throughout the process. The installers made certain that details were adhered to according to our wishes--i.e. that the door opened the way we wanted, that the shelves and bar were installed where we wanted them, etc. I highly recommend Sheila and wouldn't hesitate to hire her again. "

"I just warn other people about their scam like business tactic. They added up overhead charge (8% of labor cost) and whatever material they used to finish the job. So an upfront estimate they give you is only labor cost. Be careful before you hire."
