I 100% agree with one of the previous reviews and, unfortunately, am experiencing the same issues that have caused unnecessary delays and frustration. While the quality of work itself is good, the project management leaves much to be desired. My bathroom renovation started on December 1st, 2025, with a promised completion time of two weeks. It has now been almost a month, and the project is still not finished. I would admit that I am responsible for one week delay in replacing a bathtub. Throughout this process, I have received little to no communication ? no daily updates and not even consistent weekly updates ? regarding the timeline or the scope of work being completed. This lack of communication from the project manager, Orkhan, has caused unnecessary delays and frustration. Coordinating with both the crew and management has been extremely difficult, and the project manager?s attitude has at times been rude and unprofessional. "

"Throughout the roughly 2 week long master bathroom shower tile install, Sheila responded within minutes to every one of my texts, emails, and phone calls. She showed up on time for our original consult and arrived on site multiple times throughout the work to ensure work was being completed correctly. Her team took extra care to ensure our home around the work area remained clean throughout the process. The installers made certain that details were adhered to according to our wishes--i.e. that the door opened the way we wanted, that the shelves and bar were installed where we wanted them, etc. I highly recommend Sheila and wouldn't hesitate to hire her again. "I just warn other people about their scam like business tactic. They added up overhead charge (8% of labor cost) and whatever material they used to finish the job. So an upfront estimate they give you is only labor cost. Be careful before you hire."
