"Tony, I wish you would give a little more information last name would help . If you have a defective product that would be a service with the manufacture that isn't something we would be handling. Jason was extremely helpful and personable and got us out of a jam. The glass on the slider door was shattered and he told us exactly what to do until he got there. Then he took care of all the glass, fixed the door, adjusted everything, and did it all with a friendly, positive attitude. I would recommend him to anyone.

I believe I responded to you every time you called me. the contract has specific dates, and your contract was completed before the scheduled completion time. I apologize if you called and I was not able to answer the phone every time you called but I always returned your call to answer your questions."

Jason and his installation team were outstanding! There was a slight delay in installation as most things at this time related to supply chain delays! The team that did the install was great, moved or covered everything, after clean up did not know they were even here, Would strongly recommend using Jason and the ACE team for storm windows!

Hired Ace window and door after they replaced all my neighbors windows, sliders and door. Jason showed up on time for the initial quote. Was professional and I received the quote quickly and signed the contract. The job was performed in a reasonable amount of time. All his employees were very friendly and professional. I really love our new windows and sliders.

EXCELLENT! After getting quite a few quotes I was referred to Ace from a friend who loved them! I looked them up on home advisor and they had excellent ratings. Jason, the owner was the only one out of all the quotes I received that actually explained, step-by-step & took me through the process, showed me the product explained my choices and worked with me on the best product choices for my style & needs :-) On the job , the crew was fantastic! Clean ,quick, quality work with great communication and attention to detail! I was very impressed! And since, Iâ ve already referred neighbors to them and will continue to do so with no worries whatsoever! Thanks to the ACE crew!

Very unpleasant experience. Provided quote after much time spent with Jason. Then rudely said he is not making enough $ from the job and put me on hold. Once I negotiated the deal, charged my card 50% for $1900 before I could review and authorize his unprofessional proposal. In writing said 2-3 week lead time. After running around for 3 months, he completely disappeared. It is over 4 months now.

"Catherine, I am sorry you are upset that we returned your deposit in full. I would like to clear a few things up since you make it seem we took your money and disappeared. you were sent more than five different proposals after you finally made a decision you were sent a contract with timelines on the project which were 10 to 12 weeks. that is standard on every contract that we sign. after two weeks pass that's when the numerous amount of phone calls started that we responded to every call that was made to me. At that time I made a business decision that you were someone that I did not want to do work for and your deposit was returned in full."

Glass Shower Door or Enclosure Installation
Jason Higgins installed a glass panel and glass door for my shower. He did an excellent job. He was fast, friendly and very efficient. I will definitely call on him when needed again.
