(We live in California) Our daughter was to move into condo. I flew to DC to meet with Jose and review our needs. "It went very well.  This job took much longer than anticipated, a few unexpected problems were encountered along the way that slowed it down.  The ordering of materials took longer than anticipated and at times we were waiting for those items to arrive.  This was not the contractor's fault though.  The biggest slow-down was the shower glass installation, which KDK was not responsible for.  What was expected to take 2 weeks took 2 months for the shower installation, and Dave was constantly checking with us to see if the shower had been completed during the wait for the glass to arrive.

The biggest problem, as another person has mentioned, is that this is a very small work crew, a two man team and if one man is down for some reason things slow down significantly.  The workmanship was superb, and no attention to detail is spared, very nice craftsmanship.
Cost was kept to the contracted amount.  We added in an item at the last minute and received a very fair cost for this additional work.
