Very easy to work with and did a great job framing our lean to roof for a covered patio as well as a roof over our side door to our garage. He had the right sized crew of four who were able to get everything done from moving big furniture around, stripping the old flooring out and installing the new hardwood floor. The floor is beautiful and perfectly installed. They had taken photos of each room so they knew exactly where to put everything back. They finished up by giving the whole floor a good cleaning up. We hope we never need another floor replacement but have no doubt that Magniflooring is the go to place

HCC made it easy for me as an investor due to their extensive construction experience. They were able to complete the entire project without the need of hiring a 2nd or 3rd contractor. Teardown and removal, framing, wiring, plumbing, drywall, painting and cabinet installation was completed to perfection!!!!!!!! It was refreshing to be able to discuss design ideas with Scott and receive his recommendations on how to improve my vision. Troy finished-in a big bedroom and a beautiful spacious bathroom downstairs in my basement. I was going to put carpet in the whole thing but Troy talked me into just doing carpet in the bedroom and laminate hardwood in the rest of the area and now I'm so thankful for that advice because it looks stunning and the paint we picked out for him to put on the walls looks so good with the flooring! The whole basement looks amazing and we really loving the new FREE Delta one piece tub /shower combo that we received from Troy for signing contract before the time exspired on his Facebook Business Page Troy-Bilt-Construction @troyjwoodward amazing gift thanks for sticking to your word- that means everything!! So then after all work had been completed inside Troy and his guys went outside and built me a very nice privacy fence for my five dogs I'm absolutely love it! Now they can go outside and play and I don't have to worry about them running off. He also added steps and handrails to my back deck then he power-wash and stained the deck. Handrails and the steps which now looks amazing! Troy is an excellent Carpenter and shows great attention to detail! Troy and his guys are amazing to work with this was nothing like we was thinking it would be like it. Because it ended up being enjoyable and fun! I will definitely be hiring him again soon and I won't hesitate recommending him to all my family and friends! He is scheduled to come back and stain the fence that he built in the spring

Tom responded quickly to my call, came out within several days and brought molding to choose from. His calendar opened up and he was able to do the job earlier. He arrived on time with two helpers. They did all the initial painting and cutting outside; after installation they caulked and did final painting. They vacuumed the floor and repositioned all furniture. It looks beautiful! I must add that his assistants were extremely considerate and conscientious

We particularly like the way that Tom framed the deck because it gives the deck a nice finished look. We also informed Tom that a hot tub would be delivered so there would need to be extra support. Tom knew exactly what he needed to do and explained exactly where he would provide the additional support for the hot tub and why

"Scott and Steph were great! They replaced our old water heater within 24 hours of us requesting their service. They disposed of the old one, and waited to make sure the water heated before leaving. We also getting help with our drywall repairs and our front door. My husband and Scott had a lot of fun fixing that! They were even arrived earlier then expected! Who does that anymore? They do. "Blount's did an amazing job! Very professional. Excellent craftsman/men with knowledge of what to be done and how to's. The office manager Ron, and owner/contractor, Dave, came out to the house several times prior to work starting in order to answer any questions we had. While work was being completed and changes needed to be made for a variety of reasons, they were very eager to make every thing work. Sometimes our ideas didn't always match up with what could be done. Ron and Dave always gave a clear picture on what to expect and/or how construction would be managed. Ideas were shared and the result was amazing! They often swept snow off and worked in bitter cold. The work site was always clean and safe after a days work. "The project appeared to go well in the beginning. On the last day of the work I noticed the floor was not stable at all. When I walked on the bathroom floor it was apparent the base was unstable. The floor mad a creaking noise each time I stepped. At first the contractor said he didn't notice the problem. I also pointed how the grout had cracks. After the Resident Handyman acknowledged the problem. He attempted to repair the problem of the unstable floor but it didn't work. He fixed the grout line and told me to wait for it to dry. Upon waiting for the grout to dry the floor cracked at the same grout joint each time. He returned to the house about three times attempting to fix the problem. I could see the problem was not the grout it was base. Since the base was unstable it didn't matter how much he tried to fix the grout line. On his third attempt the grout line looked as though it was stable and that lasted about 10 months. The grout line has started to crack again in that same spot on the bathroom floor. I reached out to the Handy Man again and said he will have to charge me now since it has been over a year. The job was never done right the first time. That's why I will not recommend this guy to fix anything again.
