Pro-Floor was everything I expected and more! Their professionalism, price, timeliness, product, and responsiveness was spot on. They even came out the same day after I discovered a small splinter between boards to fix/replace, and of course at no charge.

I wouldn’t trust anyone with my flooring needs except for Max Beck. He has a true passion for the industry and is incredibly knowledgeable about the products he sells – which is hard to find these days. I am not the easiest customer and have very specific requirements when it comes to putting materials in my home – and Max was nothing but professional as I talked through my concerns and he was able to help me select hardwood floors to match existing floors. Max is responsive, easy to work with and ensures the finished product is top notch quality.

2 guys arrived early and worked tirelessly all day to complete full house installation in 1 day. Customer service rep was very responsive and checked in on progress several times that day.

Max is the consummate professional. I learned more about flooring during the estimate than I'd learned in several years of owning homes. Max took time to explain in great detail the difference between materials, price, and manufacturer. He even pointed out a few other items that were not floor related, demonstrating care that I wish all service providers possessed. After all of this, his prices were the best and the work was performed to a very high standard. Engage with extreme confidence.

We obtained estimates for our flooring work from four (4) different flooring providers.  Each company was professional and timely with scheduling the estimate we requested and actually providing the written estimate we requested.  However, PRO FLOOR - Max Beck, came very well prepared to provide the service we were requesting.  Max walked all around our home with us to get an idea of the scope of our flooring needs.  He brought samples with him and shared characteristics about each product he showed us.  Max is VERY professional in word and action.  Max was thorough in his explanations of the various flooring products available. His discussions helped us make informed decisions about the products we selected for each room.  Scheduling our flooring work was easy and timely with Max.  We were very pleasantly surprised when Max told us he would be on the job with his crew to ensure everything went smoothly from start to finish.  Everyone on his crew was excellent and hard working.   His attention to detail, professionalism,  and CUSTOMER FOCUSED ATTENTION paved the way for a smooth project from start to finish.  An example of customer focused attention to detail - on the second day, Max inspected the carpet he received from the manufacturer before it was installed.  Max found a defect in the quality of the product. Instead of installing the defective product, Max took the defective product BACK TO THE WAREHOUSE in ALEXANDRIA (from Leesburg) to exchange it for a quality product.  Max unrolled and inspected the carpet BEFORE he depart from the warehouse to ensure he had a quality product to install for us.  In spite of this issue, Max and his crew still completed our flooring work on time - in two days just as he told us he would.  Another example of customer focused attention to detail - when Max noticed the color of the transition product from one room to the next was the dated golden color, he replaced it with a brushed nickel transition product so it would coordinate with the brushed nickel hardware on the door at the transition point for the flooring.  Another example of customer focused attention to detail, Max repaired a squeaky floor noise that had been there for years before he installed the carpet.  He also provided us a very nice leftover piece of carpet for use incase of an emergency repair as well as a long runner with the hemmed edge incase we needed it for an emergency repair on the stairs, simply because it had the same color of hemmed edge.  What an awesome example of the kind of thoughtful and caring person Max actually is with his customers.  The LVT flooring is a family and pet friendly product that is also elegant looking - especially for the basement.  We were not familiar with the LVT flooring product, but it is really quite beautiful next to the carpet.  We are extremely pleased with the quality of flooring work that was performed in our home by Max Beck and his team of professionals.  If you want any kind of flooring work provided in your home that is done by a professional team who is responsive to the needs of the customer, punctual with appointments, job estimates and doing the actual work, provides a quality product at a reasonable price - we strongly recommend you hire PRO FLOOR - Max Beck and his team to do the job for you.   We were so impressed and pleased with the flooring work Max and the PRO FLOOR team did for us at our house, we are using this same team to do flooring work for us at another property.

Max is truly an incredible professional!  He spent the time we needed to explore flooring options, did not push us towards one product or another, and educated us on the various differences in order for us to make an informed decision.  Max also did something that most retailers do not --- he got to know us and asked what our long term flooring goals were.  We initially called Max to get an estimate to replace one small area with carpet; but, ended up discussing our true desire which was to have hardwood throughout the main level. Max did not push us to the hardwood, he took the time to discuss both options and allowed us to really make the final decision.  The pricing was within our ballpark, and Max took the time to walk through the next steps that would occur.  On the day of the wood delivery, Max called to inform me that the drivers were in the area and should be arriving shortly.  On the days of the install, Max was here (something most companies would not do), and oversaw the project as it progressed.  He even gave us excellent suggestions on different ways to protect the flooring and helped us put the felt pads on our furniture.  The crew was excellent!  It was very apparant that the master craftman had been doing this for years.  They wasted no throughout the 2 day install, and were very impressive.  Since the install, we have had nothing but compliments on the wood, and have really enjoyed our decision. 
Overall, this was a wonderful experience and Max and the team did a great job.  They restored our faith in contractors (as we have had some bad experiences), and I would highly recommend them to all considering any type of flooring.  A very personal experience, with quality workmanship. 

I was very happy with everything. When I was a little concerned about a few bubbles in the finish, the owner came by and looked and explained that they would disappear over time (which they have).  All in all, I think they were very good, very reasonable and very timely in completing the job. I would use them again without question.

Cannot say enough good things about Max Beck.  I had called him for an estimate and he came right out that weekend.  He spent a lot of time educating me on various types of flooring options given the intended use of the space without overwhelming me with a lot of technical language.  He provided an estimate but there was absolutely no pressure or jargon that was used to confuse me.  I had to postpone the project for a year.  When I called him a year later, he located my information within seconds and scheduled it right then and there.  His people were professional and efficient and the carpet never bunched up or had any problems.  Fast forward three years later, my unit flooded.  I called Max about getting the carpet padding replaced and the carpet relaid.  Again, he had my information within seconds and was able to provide an estimate based on the areas I told him were damaged because he had kept such good records of the measurements of the room.  That whole phone call took less than five minutes.  (Which was welcome after dealing with multiple contractors to fix other damages as a result of the flooding.)
Max's price wasn't the cheapest but it wasn't the most expensive either.  I got three estimates and his was right in the middle.  However, it was well worth it for the quality of product, customer service, ease of doing business, and overall satisfaction.
If I ever need to install any type of flooring again, I wouldn't bother even looking for anyone else.  I would go directly to him and only him.

Everything went very well. Max Beck was knowledgeable and professional. He explained everything to us and how to take care of the carpet. He exceeded our expectations. They did such a nice job on the hardwood floors in the past, that they were our first call for carpeting.

Max and his team were absolutely top-notch from the initial contact to the moment they left my clean, gleaming new floors for me to enjoy! I initially reached out to three flooring companies that I found through Angie's List and Max was the first to respond to my email inquiry. We scheduled an estimate for two weeks later (the soonest we both had time available) and he was on-time and on-point when our appointment time came around. Of the three estimates I had done, Max was the only estimator who was down on the floor, evaluating the existing floors and the level of difficulty/challenges we might face in changing tile out for hardwood. He had so many good insights and helpful ideas- he even offered to replace a missing handle on a kitchen cabinet door while he was there, no charge. I was impressed by his attention to detail, the different kinds of samples that he brought, and his professionalism.
As my husband (who is in Afghanistan this year) and I made some long-distance decisions, Max was very responsive to our questions and changes. We ultimately decided to use Max because of his responsiveness and his attention to detail. When the happy day finally came to install the new floors, Max's team showed up right on time, professionally dressed and got down to work right away. Literally right away- they wasted no time and worked steadily and silently, focused on getting the job done well and on-time. I was very impressed! Max came a little later in the morning to supervise some of the trickier parts of the prep job. He then decided to go all the way back to his shop mid-morning to get a toe molding that would look better than the pieces that the manufacturer sent! Woodbridge to Sterling and back on a Saturday afternoon is no joking matter with our traffic. 
At the end of the day, Max and his team cleaned everything thoroughly- my driveway, my yard, my front porch, my kitchen (even wiping down counters and appliances), and the dining room. They even moved my dining furniture back into place and fixed a broken kitchen cabinet door before they left. Max provided excellent advice on care and upkeep for my floors and they left surplus boards and a guarantee, in case something turns amiss in the future. 
I am delighted with the flooring, with the service, and with the peace of mind knowing that I can call Pro Floor with questions or concerns. My husband and I are very happy that we made this investment and can't wait to show off our updated space over the holidays!

From the very beginning Max was responsive to my questions and concerns.  He got in touch with me right away and with every email that I sent to him, he responded quickly.  Max came to check out the poorly done kitchen floor tiles and was upfront and honest about the work needed.  He offered suggestions and options.  He even contacted a carpenter who could step in should his help be needed once the tile was removed.  I trusted Max from the beginning and appreciated his honesty.  The work was done yesterday, and I couldn't be happier.  The floors look lovely!!!!  Max and his team were efficient, careful, and went above and beyond to make sure the floors were done well.  After my initial experience with the other floor work, I am truly appreciative of someone doing a great job.  We will have Max and crew refinish the rest of our main floor at some point in the near future. 

Max was very responsive when I reached out to request an estimate and a review of carpet samples to replace the dated/worn out carpet runner on our wood stairs. Since the stairs are the first thing you see when you walk through the front door, we definitely wanted a nice product and good workmanship. Max was very prompt to our appointment at my home, and he brought many samples for me to view that were suited to my project's needs. The carpeting was ready and installed within the timeframe he specified, and the work that was performed was of great quality. Max even came out that evening to inspect the work and ensure it suited his exacting expectations. I highly recommend Pro-Floor and will definitely call again for future flooring projects.

This is the second time we used Max to upgrade our flooring.  The first time we used his services to install new carpet throughout the basement.  Max is extremely professional in all aspects:  service, check up, explanation of material, etc...  There are a lot of companies out there that will just tell you what you want to hear, but will not take the time to explain the best options and actually KNOW what they are talking about.  For example, we had a rep from Luna come out to give an estimate - they guy knew next to nothing about the material, nor the pros-cons of each. 
Max is the best at this, and you will recieve a quality product, quality install, and superior overall results.  From start to finish, you will not find a better company.

We called him on a sat, and he was able to come over that same day, with in an hour, and discuss our project. He answered all our questions, had samples with him, and was able to give us several quotes right away on different ideas we had. We had planned to call 3 companies total, but Max Beck was so easy to work with, so knowledgeable, and made us feel so confident in him, and his work, we did not even talk to anyone else. They got the job done in two days, and Max was here at our house thru out the entire project. And the final project looks so great! We could not be more pleased. They were on time, they worked hard and efficiently, and cleaned up everything!

Max was very involved and could answer all our questions. He was polite and professional.  The work that was done by his company was excellent and I would recommend him to anybody. He was on time and finished when he said he would. Pleasure to have his help.

I should have provided a review sooner and have been negligent in doing so and I do apologize to Max.  This company certainly deserves an outstanding rating.  Max was prompt and extremely helpful in selecting the right carpet for our needs.  Additionally, he advised us on ways to save money.  His workers showed up promptly and moved some extremely heavy pieces of furniture prior to removing the carpet.  They did an outstanding job and I certainly would recommend them.

Pro-Floor promptly came to our house to see exactly what needed to be done. After discussing the problem and repair versus replacement Pro-Floor was willing to repair the floor. But after we weighed the pros and cons we decided to replace the floor. A previous POOR contractor had installed the wrong type floor for our slab based house.Pro-Floor had already installed the correct type floor in other parts of the house so we knew the advice Pro-Floor gave us was correct. Since we were remodeling the kitchen Pro-Floor was able to wait until the new cabinets and appliances were installed.

We have used Pro Floor to install hard wood, carpeting, and tile floors throughout our house. Each time we hired them, Max was extremely helpful, professional, and honest. They handled the job and materials with great care. When something didn't look right, he stopped work, and fixed it before there even was a problem. Max and Pro Floor are the best choice for new floor installs - I'd recommend them to everyone.

These two jobs with Pro Floors went flawlessly.  Max's team showed up promptly at 8AM to begin the job.  The hardwood flooring (red oak to match the rest of the house) was carefully laid out with attention to the details on each piece of wood making the finished product a work of art.  Max oversaw the project from start to finish.  The areas were wll prepared with plastic to minimize the smell from the finish.  Also, Max did an exceptional job matching the color/stain of the new floor to the pre-existing floors in the house.  The area was left pristine when Max's team left with full instructions on how to care for the new floor and the newly finished floor.  I procured quotes from other firms and for the workmanship and attention to details, Max was the best value.  Throughout the process, Max's attention to details during the quote process, the job itself and the final cleanup and exit was unsurpassed.  I'd definitely use Pro Floors for future jobs and have already recommended him to others I know looking for hardwood flooring.

The knowledge and experience of the sales person gave me confidence that I'd get something I'd be happy with. The product, installation and price were all excellent. I'm very happy with the entire experience and would recommended this company to anyone.

We had a great experience with Max Beck and crew!!  Max came with samples so we could pick the right color, went over the various types of carpet, and he also shared many tips on how to maintain our new carpet. We had about 5 estimates and he was second to the lowest price from another carpet retail chain company marginally beat his price (they also didn't rate very well... so look around for reviews with each company first before it's too late and you regret it).  I decided to go with Max and Pro Floors based on his ratings and reputation and so glad that I did!  They performed work for us on a Saturday and removed the old carpeting/padding and furniture.  They also replaced the furniture after installation was completed.  We were very pleased with the quality of the new carpet, details given to the installation, and our feet wonderful walking on it!  Max and Pro Floors did an terrific job, they were punctual, the work was completed on time, and I found them to be very professional, knowledgeable, and courteous. Max came by to supervise the progress and even came by himself to perform minor touch ups to trimming and tack strips! If we need any future flooring or carpeting... I will certainly go with him. Highly recommend!
