"I cannot say enough good things about Jose. His tile work is amazing. We purchased a condo in Washington DC that needed total refurbishment. (We live in California) Our daughter was to move into condo. I flew to DC to meet with Jose and review our needs. There was one problem after another in ordering appliances, I.e., that arrived damaged or wrong size. Jose was extremely patient (more so than me). We communicated daily phone/e:Mail. When finished the condo was beautiful and I realized how fortunate I was to find a contractor like Jose.

I would use this contractor again.This one in particular I was worried that my garage door was I don't know how to fix what seemed very squeaky and like maybe some bolts and I was worried that the spring might be about to break. Basically, the guy felt guilty because there's nothing wrong with it, it was just missing a size and bolt. But, he gave it a check up that it needed and the part that fault, he threw in and that was it. So, I will get an annual check-up with him and go from there. The guy is local. He is courteous. He was well-mannered, decently dressed. He made me feel very comfortable being alone in a single family home. I feel comfortable with people being preselected or verified through Angie's List."

"Went wonderful with the contractor. They were great to work with and helped us navigate a very troublesome insurance company. They drove from northern Virginia to silver spring to do the work as well, not any easy task and a long commute in traffic. They were just great."

"Jake and his team were great. They installed as agreed and did so in a professional manner. The project took a couple of days but they held to their word and did everything well. Very customer focused and will work until you are happy. Highly recommend."

"We were very happy with the way both bathrooms turned out, though it was not easy having 2 bathrooms out of commission for a month. Despite drop cloths being used there was lots of dust. The first couple of days were nerve wracking because during the demolition phase, we ran into unplanned plumbing and electrical issues, that brought about additional expenses. My wife and I work long days, so we were not there when the work was being done. We would see the daily progress and talk to Dave every day about the day's events. During the course of the month our living room became a bathroom warehouse, vanities, toilets, lights, tile, grout etc taking up space. 

I am adding this segment 5 months after the bathroom install and my wife and I could not be happier with our bathrooms. I would definitely use Dave again if we remodel our other bathroom."
