I would use this contractor again.This one in particular I was worried that my garage door was I don't know how to fix what seemed very squeaky and like maybe some bolts and I was worried that the spring might be about to break. Basically, the guy felt guilty because there's nothing wrong with it, it was just missing a size and bolt. But, he gave it a check up that it needed and the part that fault, he threw in and that was it. So, I will get an annual check-up with him and go from there. The guy is local. He is courteous.
