Highly Recommend - Excellent Builder! Oldaker services did an outstanding job building our home! From start to finish, they were professional, detail-oriented, and committed to quality. The craftsmanship is exceptional, and they kept us informed throughout the process. The project was completed on time and within budget. Wayne is a reliable and skilled builder!

Wayne and his crew were great to work with. Wayne's attention to detail and quality of work were exceptional, and he is very knowledgeable and skilled in many aspects of construction. Several times during the project he went above and beyond what was expected just to make sure I was happy with the outcome. I would recommend Wayne any time.

Wayne waited until all the cabinets, counter, flooring, & tile arrived then was able to redo my kitchen in just one week. He had to make some adjustments as he went due to the age of our house but was able to give us just what we wanted. Wayne & all of his crew were invested in giving us the best possible job. Their suggestions were spot on. Definitely would recommend Oldaker Services. I love my new kitchen.

Despite difficult ground conditions, the filling and grading work was done well. I'd strongly recommend Oldaker Services. I plan to use some of their other services in the future.

Wayne was on time for appointment to start and finish of project. Old siding was removed, termite damage was found, this did not stop him, They removed damaged wood and replaced with pressure treated wood. The quality of workmanship and materials was exceptional. Found all craftsmen on job. Highly recommend Wayne.

Wayne made an appointment and was there when he said. I explained what I wanted and he built exactly what I expected, only better. There are details that I did not expect, rounded corners, fitted joints, overall tremendous quality. I would recommend Oldaker Services for his woodworking skills. I will hire him again for a different project.

Overall the job that they did was fine, but they did not complete everything and I was charged $100 more for the unfinished job. Clearly the job was under estimated and they did not want to come back and do the rest.

Overall he is trustworthy and insightful and very sensitive to the clients needs.
