Short Pump PaintersOne person completed the work but it wasn’t as anticipated. I had thought they would really do the caulking work in the bathroom but it wasn’t a thorough job. I felt they were in a rush. Also, we needed to reschedule several times.
CUSTOM BATH OF VAThe crew arrived promptly on time at 9:00 a.m. Had the old windows out and new windows in place within 25 minutes. Completely done by noon with install, cleaning, sealing, caulking. Completely cleaned up and hauled away old windows. Very impressive and professional.

Sales person was great. Windows look great from outside. Didn't show when expected. Windows measured wrong so had to come back. Not as sound proof as expected. Subcontractors did install, damaged wood around Windows, poor caulk job, got caulk on Windows and Curtains that wont come off....

Flooring was not laid smoothly (tile). Multiple holes cut in new sheet rock to hang light fixtures.. Apparently Troy can't use a tape measure properly. He was the supervisor that got fired. 1 of the workers was smoking weed in my house (we don't smoke anything inside). Neil the owner cannot be trusted to tell you the truth. Very dishonest people, company. BUYER BEWARE!!!!"
