He then went above and beyond by not only explaining the issue and how to avoid it but also how to fix it by ourselves and where to find the tool we needed. Very efficient ,got an appointment right away ,the next day. Mr. Chris arrived on time and was actually 15 minutes early. He installed a kitchen faucet and a solar motion light. Also replaced all the parts that were leaking. He was very thorough and made sure everything was working before he left. Mr. Chris was very friendly and easy to talk to, answered all questions.
