I would strongly suggest not using this company. I requested they replace my roof and repair the flashing issues I saw with an awning above my back door. They charged me $3700 which was just under the competition, so I was satisfied with the price but not alarmed by the difference. They then came out and replaced the shingles and roofing on all of my awnings and JUST the back of my A-frame/main roof. This left the front of my A-frame (the portion of my roof with the majority of the damage) original and unreplaced When contacted, they noted that their quote/estimate described the scope of work they performed. I personally do not understand how that scope of work was determined from my request and also do not believe that a customer should have to nit-pick through an estimate when they say "I want my roof replaced". They then offered to finish the job for $2800 more (eventually dropping to $2200) when confronted. So another 75% of the initial quote to finish the last 20-33% of the job. Note, had they given a quote for the scope of work REQUESTED and it came to $6500, I could've saved $2300 by going with another honest contractor with a slightly more expensive quote for the full job to be done. Seemingly an extremely unethical business practice used to make more money. I'm not sure what other way anyone else would see it with all of these hard facts considered.

Cisneros Roofing was very responsive in arranging an appointment and was on-time in checking out our roof leak which was caused by leakage on a roof vent (pipe). They quickly fixed the leak with a 'boot' along with sealing using roof caulking. They also checked out the two other roof vents and applied caulking to them as a preventative. Sergio was very polite, personable, and expedient in getting the leak fixed. Would highly recommend their services to others.

There is a lot to like about this company. First, they scheduled a site visit for a specific time of day, and did not say "...we will be out sometime before 5 pm...". The owner showed up on time, and was very professional. The front office was very responsive to email questions. i ended up very pleased with the finished work. I will use this company again.

I found them off Angies List. They were prompt in coming out to look at my roof which was leaking inside the roof in one section of the house. The person who came did not go up on the room, but said they could see what the problem was from the distant. I paid for them to apply a patch to the roof, which is what they recommended. One year later, the roof is leaking again.

Unfortunately you have a very old Slate Roof. Slate gets brittle over the years and can brake very easily and if the repairs we did 19 months ago worked until now I would think the issues you are having are not from the repair we did but from another broken Slate. Was promised a written estimate and warranty so I hired them on their word. They were prompt to get started and cleaned up well when finished. First rain storm some of the shingles came off. Called Sergio to come replace them and he said he wanted to see a written contract and warranty showing where he was responsible for repairs. No paperwork was ever provided and he would not stand behind his work that was less than 2 years old. Cedar shingles are warping and splitting.

"Dear Mrs [Member Name Removed] I have reviewed your complaint and we found that we did provide to you or your husband a written proposal on October 27, 2010. We did the work in May of 2011 and invoiced you for the amount of $6500. We did not hear from you until December 2019 which would make it 8 years after we did the work and we have a 5 year warranty on all of our roofs. Sergio did explain to Ned that with Cedar Shakes you have to do maintenance every 5 years or so. We did print both of these documents and Sergio brought to your house on the second appointment that we made to meet with Ned unfortunately neither you or your husband were home. We provided a written proposal for the needed repairs to your roof and Sergio did speak with Ned on the phone and was told that he would get another contractor to do needed repairs. I apologize if you feel we did not stand behind our warranty but your warranty had run out. The issues with the Cedar Shakes are normal issues caused by the weathering of Cedar Shakes. Quick estimate, work complete in about 2 weeks -- took 2 days for actual roof work. Workers were friendly and courteous and efficient. Not only quality workmanship, but reasonable price. Could not be happier.

Work performed in very timely manner after contacting the company. Work looks to be excellently done, and roofers were took pride in their work and ensuring leaks were fully identified and repaired. New vents were installed exactly where I specified. New shingles match existing. All in all, a very good job and fair price.

I am not easily impressed with services provided by contractors in general, but Sergio and his team deserve a BIG shout-out. Their work was impeccable. The roof was skillfully replaced and the site around the house was left even cleaner than before the work started. I recommend Cisneros Roofing to anyone who needs quality work done with care, at reasonable price.

Excellent! Everyone was very professional, very responsive and when the weather held things up for a bit, they let us know. They made an extra effort to be sure to finish up the job in advance of some bad weather that was forecast. There was no pressure to buy more services than we needed and they owner came and checked the job to be sure it was done to his satisfaction. I would highly recommend and will use them again if the need arises. I have already recommended them to my father for repairs on his home.

Both in their price and in their level of service. I personally inspected the work up close, and was impressed with their efforts to do as good a job that could be done. Cisneros Roofing was such a positive experience. The workers were polite and always cleaned up after themselves, they arrived on time and worked till the sun went down. I could not be more happier with the color of the roof we picked and the work that was performed. I very highly recommend calling Cisneros Roofing, the owner himself comes out and meets with you and he is such a nice person. Everything went smoothly from meeting the owner to the girls in the office answering all my questions to the workers who came and did the work. I highly recommend giving them a call.
