Mr. Barnett contacted me immediately after I submitted my work order. He was very polite, and professional, and agreed to meet me that day. He gave me a reasonable quote to replace a door, and the frame around it. I called him back about 10 days later, and asked him to do the work. He showed up the very next day, replaced the door, painted the door, and is coming back to finish the 2 x 4. He did a great job.

Mr. Barnett was contracted to fix squeaky sub-floor problems throughout 3 bedroom ranch style home. Mr. Barnett did successfully eliminate squeaky floor problems in most areas with the exception of one bedroom and hallway area. Mr. Barnett explained that some of the problem should be eliminated after the glue compound hardened but the subfloor may need to be replaced. Mr. Barnett breached promise to send paid in full receipt invoice after customer paid full amount of bill for services rendered. Mr. Barnett failed to return customer call to arrange for follow-up inspection after completed work failed to resolve problem.

They were very responsive and extremely respectful of my time. When they came out to do the work they made sure everything was still good and to let me know that they were there to do the work. They did an excellent job! I already have them coming out to do some more work for me next week. I would highly recommend Barnett Construction.

Scott called me within a day of my submission to ServiceMagic. he came out and assessed the area on the roof and provided an estimate through email the next day. He then came out on Saturday and completed all the repairs, finding the water path under the shingles and replacing flashing and shingles to repair the roof. good price and great service.

Scott was very professional and we had a little bit of miscommunication about the job and he fixed it right up at no more additional cost. I was very happy with the service.
