It was done with great care, 5 weeks of uninterrupted work, with diligence and good spirits. Jeff and his crew showed up on time every day, worked hard, and left the work site in good condition at the end of the day. Every detail on the house was expertly addressed including not just paint but also carpentry, masonry, trim, and screen repairs. The cost of the job was that as originally proposed and never was additional payment requested. The team was very pleasant and seemed to enjoy their work. Jeff was careful to keep us updated daily on work progress and any issues that came up during the course of the project. Any problems were quickly addressed with a good solution. We feel like the Newlin Company worked on our house as though it was their own and we are so happy with the finished product."
