I was given clear heads-up about any additional work needed during the project and any additional costs. They were respectful of my plants and surrounding structures. They kept the work area tidy at the end of each day. Victor responded promptly when the original coat on the back porch exterior painting in some areas had pealed. We considered alternatives and paid to have an industrial surface coated on the horizontal decking. We are currently very pleased with this new coating. The re-screening was also very well-done; very pleased with the results. The painting and carpentry work on the front porch looks terrific! The pricing was in the hi-moderate range but well worth it.
