He gave us three tiers of service, and my husband and I chose the middle option. I even went to the paint store the next morning to pick out my color. I texted him with my selection and… crickets. Days passed. I followed up. He apologized and promised to get back to me. He didn’t. Eventually, I called the office directly, only to find out we weren’t even on the schedule. That’s when the owner stepped in—sounding every bit the overpromising, fast-talking salesman you hope never to deal with. He assured me we’d be fit in the following week and that he was “putting his very best guy on it.” Then the day arrived… and a truck pulled up with a completely different company name and logo on it.
