All of the work was absolutely essential for safety and structural reasons, and I'm so glad I chose OSSA to do the work. Alan listened to our requests, made recommendations, and brought the whole thing together. My family left town for duration of the work and Alan did a good job communicating and sending pictures. Work was completed on schedule and within budget even with the unexpected things you find in an older home. Highly recommended."

"We recently have our basement finished. I was looking for a trusted and reliable contractor for quite a while. I feel very fortunate that finally I found one. The first time I met Syed from Stellar Remodels company, his honest response left me a deep impression. He is approachable and knowledgeable and experienced in project management. He has worked for many years in the construction field. Syed laid out the entire process very simply for us to understand. It was a very straightforward process. The price he offered was reasonable and great. The construction team led by Ainea was incredible responsive and prompt throughout the entire process. They were great getting back to us with answers to all our questions, and flexible with scheduling. The workers were always on time, nice, kind, and respectful of our home. When we had concerns or issues, they quickly resolved them with extreme professionalism and competence. They did an excellent job from many angles. The transformation has exceeded our expectations. Their work is meticulous and thorough. Their ability to get inspections and necessary permits so smoothly made the entire experience stress-free for us. "I am giving All Renovations 5 stars for the basement renovation in large part because of Adrian’s excellent craftsmanship and attention to detail. Our job was pretty extensive. It included moving support columns, demo and rebuild exterior stairway, adding a full bath, extending the finished/framed portion of the basement, moving the circuit-breaker panel, and re-doing our half-bath. The job took 6 months, which was about twice as long as we expected. Omar was always very responsive and provided good feedback. Adrian is very good at explaining things and soliciting your input when options/alternatives exist. He definitely does not take short-cuts if quality would suffer. He is also very considerate/careful inside your home and cleans-up after himself. Our $102k project ballooned to $125k, mostly due to nice to have add-ons and unforeseen issues. But there were several items I feel should have been caught at the contract onset. E.g. the need for a floor drain ($900), considering that we were getting rid of the utility sink basin. There was also an extra $4k to replace the drywall in the half bath since the existing paint was too textured (sponge) to paint over. But we were very pleased with the outcome and would definitely recommend All Renovations."

"We were so happy with our bathroom remodels done in December by Century Bathrooms and Kitchens. From the start we were really impressed with Daniel and Erika and their friendly, down-to-earth demeanor, and their intentionality to listen to our thoughts and show us the overwhelming options. They were great at communicating throughout the whole project, very knowledgable and thorough. Their work crews were friendly, professional, amazingly clean, conscientious, hard-working, and detail-oriented in every regard of their work. They were originally scheduled to start the work after the new year, but in the end they were able to bump up both of our bathroom remodels to the 3 weeks leading up to Christmas, and they blew us away with how quickly they were able to get the projects completed. "We hired Select Kitchen and Bath after interviewing several businesses for our master bath remodel. We worked with one of their designers, Claudia, who walked us through the entire design process and was incredibly detail oriented. She really understood the look we were going for, and she had helpful suggestions for every aspect of the project, from colors to types of tile to bathroom and light fixtures. She spent hours with us before the work ever began. We appreciated the specificity of Select's contract, which detailed exactly which expenses were standard in a project like this, and which ones were based on our specific selections (like cabinetry and tile) so we always knew where we could cut back if needed. Claudia's work was so thorough up front that there were no surprises once the remodel work started. She estimated that it would take six weeks and it did, with no surprise costs added to our bill. During the project, the work was overseen by one of Select's managers, John, who was in constant contact with us and came to the house regularly. He made sure the project kept moving even with some COVID-related disruptions, he was present for various city inspections, and we felt confident the work was being done correctly and according to plan. At multiple stages throughout the project, we met with John to review the overall plan and make decisions on specific elements like tile placement and outlet locations. John and his staff were patient with us and did an excellent job explaining the current stage of construction and what would be coming next. We liked their work so much we hired them for some small additional maintenance needs around our house. We had two workers on the project, one with expertise in demolition and electrical, and the other a tile expert. They never missed a day and we felt they were very respectful of our house and outdoor space. The project was expensive – Select had the highest estimate of the contractors we interviewed, but we wanted everything to be done to the highest standards, and we felt that it was. Everyone told us to expect delays and surprise costs during a remodel. Select completed the job exactly on schedule with no additional costs even during a global pandemic. Our new bathroom has totally surpassed our expectations and we absolutely love it. The tile work in the shower is particularly amazing. I would highly recommend Select to anyone considering a major renovation."
