Kamal was the only one who came within 2 hours on a holiday while others were available only the next day or later. Most were closed that day. I got a great deal on the new SEER16 hvac and have been happy with it. My electric bill has cut down to almost half. They did a full system inspection, a chemical cleaning of my outside unit, replaced a failed capacitor, recharged the freeon, and adjusted dampers for maximum efficiency.
