Needed a second opinion regarding a very pricey recommended AC repair/replacement, just before a forecasted heatwave. Sam at I-HVAC got me on the schedule that day and John arrived just a couple hours later. He did a very thorough inspection of my AC components and saw very quickly that some wires were crossed in the AC condenser unit. After fixing those, adding refrigerant and testing everything, the AC was good to go. John was extremely professional, polite and great about explaining everything he did. He and I-HVAC saved me a lot of money and reassured me that my AC would be OK going into the very hot and humid weather. I'll absolutely use them again.

Had to replace an old boiler in my home - Sam was the first to respond, offered a price that was below other proposals and did the work in one day - versus three from other potential vendors. Extremely professional, personable, hard-working and thorough. Would not leave until everything was working perfectly and to his satisfaction. Above and beyond service, especially for boiler systems that others won't handle. Moving all my business to Sam and I-HVAC - would highly recommend to anyone.

Samuel is a very knowledgeable, expert pro. He came to our house with a intern and I could tell as he explained our system to him that Samuel knew the A/C system (My wife has asthma so we have a not seen very often system zoned for different floors of the house and a germ fighting light system). When my wife mentioned to him that she did not call the former A/C man because he did not clean up after installing the A/C, Samuel asked her to repeat it for the intern so he would know how important this was. We plan to use Samuel again.

Sam was accommodating and fit me into his schedule when my AC unit stopped working during the hottest week of the summer thus far. I would STRONGLY recommend I-HVAC. Sam was incredibly thorough and honest. I called I-HVAC as a second opinion after another company quoted me $4000 to replace my HVAC coil. Turns out this wasn't necessary. Go with this company for honesty and quality. You won't be disappointed!
