The salesman, Mark, was very responsive to my request for quote changes or additional items, including financing options. He was very knowledgeable and patient through the entire process as I worked with other companies for competing quotes. As a result of Mark’s recommendations and excellent pricing, I added on a new Aprilaire 1210 filter box (including replacing a portion of the return duct work/box) and an Aprilaire 600M whole house humidifier. I was able to schedule install four days after signing the contract. The installers, Charles and Christian, arrived on time and removed the old and installed the new in about 7 hours. They provided an overview of system operation and cleaned up so well, you couldn’t tell that a significant installation had occurred. "Company called instantly upon getting Service Magic request for emergency service and tech arrived an hour later. Tech helpful, professional, fast working. Another company previously said I had a faulty gas valve and would have to replace furnace because parts not available for 30+ year old furnace. However, Consumer's Choice tech said valve fine; just cleaned out pilot light and I had heat again at low cost. Also gave estimate on smaller (more suitably sized), more efficient furnace if I did need to replace because heat exchanger is rusting out. Will definitely consider them for future service or install. Very satisfied with this experience."
