"Valley plumbing responded quickly to my request for an estimate and came the next day. Taylor, the plumber, arrived early and was friendly, polite and courteous. He took the time to explain the problem and answer my questions and provided various options to fix it. He worked quickly, and cleaned up after himself. I am delighted with the work that he did. "Jeremy contacted me back on a Sunday shortly after we posted here. I could hear his family in the background, so we are grateful he took the time for us. Josh came out the next morning pretty sharp to the time agreed. After walking us through the options he went off to get the new hot water tank. After about an hour he was back with it and we hauled it down our snow covered side entrance together. Josh had it installed in no time and even discovered a mistake a previous plumber had made last year around the area. That helped him diagnose a problem we were having with our water filtration system. The cost of the install and haul away was average, but the service was great and we would definitely have them out for plumbing again."

"I called four people the same day. And he was the very best, forthright and honest. There is a gimmick that the competitors use that they will clean one drain for $30, but they won't give you a price for the entire job. He was terrific!"
