Handyman, the subcontractor, is delaying completion and costing twice as much as the original estimate. Friendly and clean, except for plumbers crack exposure. Get some bibs or something. It is gross."

When they put the drain in they put new cement in and then the cement is a little rough. I think if it had been smoother I would have given him a higher grade. I like him and have used him a couple of times, but I think they may be a little high in price. I may look elsewhere.
