He quickly realized this and fixed that issue (made a pex connection). He fixed his mistake with no extra charge. We had gotten several estimates from other plumbers and Neighborly had the best deal. When Matt came over he identified the issue very quickly and described what would need to be done. We had recently done some landscaping in the front yard and planted native & pollinator-friendly plants and didn't want any of them damaged. Neighborly was the only one that offered to hand dig the holes needed for a trenchless water main installation in order to protect the plants.
