"When they put the drain in they put new cement in and then the cement is a little rough. I think if it had been smoother I would have given him a higher grade. I like him and have used him a couple of times, but I think they may be a little high in price. I may look elsewhere.

"Our experience with Retrospect was fantastic, and we plan on completing more projects with them. We were concerned about our project initially because we had already completed custom cabinets, sink, granite countertop, bead board, and baseboards in this bathroom several years ago. Retrospect took extra care to protect all this work. We couldn't be happier with the way it all turned out. Communication and commitment was great. Their schedule for our project was as promised. No delays. Dan answered questions through text as we thought about them. They take pride in their work and it shows. Beautiful work on this tile and the entire project. "Over the years I have used 4 different companies for my A/C, heating and plumbing needs. I will be using Whipple Service Champions from now on. James Garcia is a service technician with Whipple. James did a fantastic job on my A/C blower motor replacement and system service. He arrived on time for the diagnostic service on my system. He explained everything to me. (I tend to ask a lot of questions). He gave me a few quote options. I accepted one of the quotes and James was back the next morning to do the repair. He did everything has said he would do. My system is repaired and operating properly. I will be using Whipple from now on for all my plumbing, hearing, air conditioning, drain cleaning and electrical needs."

"ESCO identified the problem correctly and took a staged approach to ensure a least cost cure if the problem was easier to solve. It wasnât, however ESCO stayed with the plan and cured the drain problem. Their initial evaluation was correct and they did a good job of fixing the drain."

"Blake & Brian came and explained everything for my roof. It was in bad shape and they showed me a lot that other roofers missed.
