"Instead of the previous Thursday appointment, I showed up on Monday.worked quickly and generally well. even redid some previous shoddy work from another source without extra charge. Handyman, the subcontractor, is delaying completion and costing twice as much as the original estimate. Friendly and clean, except for plumbers crack exposure. Get some bibs or something. It is gross."

The techs were very professional, keeping me informed of the potential issues and letting me know what they intended to do.
