"Eric came out and was professional and courteous. While cutting the pipes he mistakenly cut a pipe at the wrong spot. This caused my outdoor hose bib to no longer be functional. He quickly realized this and fixed that issue (made a pex connection). He fixed his mistake with no extra charge. "Neighborly Plumbing has to be by far the best plumbing company I’ve ever worked with. We’ve had water issues in our home and contacted five different plumbing companies to have a battery back up sump pump installed because of numerous weather and electrical outages. I was lucky enough to get an estimate from Casey. Not only was he completely knowledgeable with all plumbing codes he was an expert with sump pump systems. All other plumbing estimates had limited knowledge of sump systems and were more than willing to simply dump an extra sump in the basin without any knowledge of how a backup battery worked. In fact those plumbers asked me what I wanted and asked for my suggestions! Seriously!! Need I say I went with Neighborly Plumbing. Their bid was extremely competitive and after all was done and said their quality was heads above everyone else. While completing the job they ended up redesigning the sump system because they found excessive water tables around the property. They wanted to insure that the system they installed was custom to our home and as such they ended up upgrading parts and incurring an additional day of labor for two master plumbers but yet honored my estimate. I’m sure they certainly couldn’t afford to do that on a frequent basis but it goes to show you that there are tradesman still alive and well who insist on quality and function on all jobs that they complete. I can’t say enough about what a pleasure it was to work with Casey, Chris, Matt and Travis. This is a small company but big on reliability, integrity, and quality. Teresa Graziano"

"The lawn care people arrived first.  They immediately identified the valve area  (I suppose from the photos) and went to work.  As they reached the valve, I saw the plumber make a call, and a few minutes later a truck arrived with specific piping.  The changes were made quickly following that.  He tested the water flow.  It was considerably improved.  He called me out to show me what had been done, where the problem had been in the pipe.  They also replaced an elbow that had been deep in the ground and brought it close to the surface so that if any work would be needed years down the road, it could be done easily and efficiently. Not only did they replace the piping needed in good time, but they blew the pipe clear of small debris as a service and cleaned up beyond the dirt they had to dig up to reach the valve area. Everything was neat and tidy--a fact, I'm sure, that was appreciated by my neighbor.   The final cost met the estimate perfectly.  I feel like these people really know their stuff!  They are cordial and demonstrate honesty and consideration.  Like everyone in today's economy I would have liked the price a little lower, but their work and attitude was worth it to me."
