"Short version- these guys are awesome. Stop looking and go with them. Jason and Gentry came to our place to install a hose bib outside. The price was great and they were able to schedule us a quickly. After starting work for a bit, though, they realized they had made a mistake in starting a way that wouldnâ t be possibleâ our hose was going to be a lot more challenging than we thought. They immediately showed me what had happened, and since a hole had already been cut, didnâ t spend a moment trying to tell me it would cost me more, looking to cut corners to finish things quickly, trying to cancel, etc. Instead, they apologized for not noticing the issue, cancelled their other appointment today, and spent half the day at my house getting things right (and getting pretty creative at how to get it done). In the end, there was a hole in the drywall that had needed to be opened. They said they wanted to take responsibility for that and would be hiring a company to come out and perfectly level and patch it rather than them doing it themselves or making me sort it out, knowing it might not quite look perfect. And in the end, they didnâ t charge me a dime more than their estimate. Iâ ll only call these guys from here out. Highly recommended!"

"Our repairman was very knowledgeable with many years of experience. He saved us money by not insisting the crawl space be cleaned up before repairing the sump pump piping . He willingly scooped out the top layer of contaminated soil and spread lime to kill the sewer flies and eliminate the odor. The other plumbers we got a quote from wanted us to use a restoration company before they would repair the leak."

"Of course plumbing problems are like medical emergencies. They only happen on weekends and holidays! LOL My daughter was staying with me and she came to my room in the middle of the night to tell me there was water all over the floor in the downstairs bathroom. We waited until about 8 a.m. then called Eric. He said he was on his way to Provo for an emergency, but would be to my house by 10. At about 9:45 he called and said he was on his way. When I opened the door, I saw a young man, nicely dressed and very professional. He came in, assessed the problem and went back out to his truck. He brought in the drain cleaning machine and broke up the clog in no time at all. Yay! methinks. He was able to take my credit card and off he went on another call. I proceeded to start a batch of laundry and, OH NO! the drain back up again. I texted Eric back and he was at my house in minutes. He explained that sometimes the clog is so thick, it collapses back on itself. He recleaned the drain and suggested some remedies I could try to keep it from happening again. I am very impressed with Eric and his business practices. I would highly recommend him to anyone.

"Matt arrived yesterday promptly at 9:00 am and gave me an estimate of $ 800.00 for repair.  Appointment was set for the next morning at 9:00 am.  Again, he arrived on time and began digging.  Part way down he encountered a tree stump I had forgotten about.  He checked with the office, taking a picture and consulting. The faucet is right next to the side walk.  It looked as though he had no way to access the pipes without either  digging down using an excavator, which would have to be rented or removing part of the sidewalk.  Weber water is often several feet underground so in order to access it a hole several feet deep would have to be made.  An excavator was unavailable, so I chose to have part of the sidewalk  removed.  The estimate rose to $ 1600.00 due to unknown factors, equipment rental and piping.  A jack hammer was rented and the work begun.  It was soon discovered that the Weber Water inlet was actually fairly shallow however five leaks were discovered that had been unforeseen.  The piping was replaced and new faucets installed.  The water was turned on for a good half hour with no new leaks.  The sidewalk chunks were removed from the property and grass sections replaced.  Though the deep hole had not been required, that had only been discovered by removing the section of sidewalk--an unavoidable necessity.  However, discovering and replacing piping that had not been known was done at no extra cost beyond the estimate.  While I would have liked to spend less on this work (who doesn't?) the quality is excellent.  Matt and Tim stayed to make sure everything was as it should be.  They even added a couple of connector rings to my older hoses.  I will have to hire a contractor to restore the sidewalk section, but considerable care was taken to make the cuts smooth (as much as is possible).  I'm glad to have this annoying problem fixed.  The $ 1600.00 price tag stings a little, but I am confident the leaks they fixed would have to be fixed sooner or later, and probably cutting the sidewalk would be necessary again, so from that standpoint, I feel all right.  Both men were courteous, professional and thorough.  I have used Beehive plumbing in the past and will most likely use them in the future.

"The plumber came and accessed the situation, problem stems from shared drains with neighbors in my condo. There was no clogged drain at the time he came, it had cleared out. We visited another neighbor above me to see if they were having any problems. None there, he suggested that we wait until the problem came back, he gave me his card & told me to call him, take pictures & then he would be able to find out where the problem was. This seems to be a problem that has been existing for a long time. Thank you."
