"We hired Cransten back in May to touch up some failing grout in our master shower. The first guy they sent used what turned out to be the wrong grout, and just used gobs of it all over all the tile seams. After the first couple months the grout he'd applied was melting off the walls. Fortunately, Cransten was gracious enough and to schedule a warranty repair even though we were a bit outside the warranty window. The second guy they sent, Andrew Ormesher, did a FANTASTIC job. Andrew was on time and professional and took the time to scrape all the falling grout out, cleaned up every tile seam, and sealed it afterwards. Could not be happier with the end result!"

When they put the sink back together, they forgot to install back the garbage disposal. They also did not have too much knowledge of the piping and because of that, they only replace one for Spicket and only replace parts on another. James did a fantastic job on my A/C blower motor replacement and system service. He arrived on time for the diagnostic service on my system. He explained everything to me. (I tend to ask a lot of questions). He gave me a few quote options. I accepted one of the quotes and James was back the next morning to do the repair. He did everything has said he would do. My system is repaired and operating properly. I will be using Whipple from now on for all my plumbing, hearing, air conditioning, drain cleaning and electrical needs."
