Witt's Water Works

Excellent! Mr. Witt responded on a Saturday, showed up within about half an hour, quickly assessed the problem, provided an estimate, and did the repairs all within about two hours. The price was very fair.

We had gone downstairs and found the leak in the ceiling of the kitchen.  I called and left a message and he got back with me in about 30 minutes.  He was just finishing a job and had another job to be to after than but he said he would try to come by in between jobs.  He arrived about an hour later and quickly fixed the pipe.  

He responded to a call on Friday afternoon.  He responded within the hour and came out on a Friday afternoon about 4 pm.  He augered the clean out port in the basement removing a large quantity of wipes.  He indicated that he thought there might be a blockage at the opening of the sewer tank.  I was unable to find the location of the septic tank so he recommended someone he knew who had a sewer camera and could do that for me.  He made the phone call and stayed with me until he arrived within 30 minutes and explained everything to him and stayed and helped the other plumber so the job was taken care off much faster.  I was extremely pleased with the work that was performed and his price.

Keith was very responsive in returning my phone call and offered a free in-home estimate of the work needed before any hands-on work was done. He went to great lengths to ensure no ancillary repairs were needed to get to the leaks. At one point he was even standing on his head to try and get his hands in the small opening! He's local and very knowledgable, punctual, professional and friendly. I'll definitely use him again.

I contacted this provider later in the afternoon. He was able to stop by within 30 minutes to assess the problem. As this was something that was preventing us from having water to the rest of the house he immediately offered to go get the needed supplies and get started so that we would have water that night. He completed the work within a couple of hours and then tested it to ensure all was well. Job well done.

Very Happy with this Plumber. He was informative and explained everything he was doing. Took the time to make sure we understood the new water softening system and what changes he made to the existing pipes.

He responded within a day or two of being contacted. After assessing the situation, he explained what would have to be done, and did not proceed until approval was given. I thought his prices were reasonable. He had to put in an access panel in the basement. It looks nice, but I wish he would have vacuumed up the mess afterwards. Other than that, he did a great job.

Kevin came to our house to unclog our sinks in the downstairs portion of our house. Called in him the morning and came over later in the afternoon after he was done with his appointment. He explained to us reasons why the clogs could have happened and use this chemical that freed up two clogs in minutes. Then he tacked our kitchen sink and in a mater of 20 minutes had everything free and clear.
He even helped us on our boiler and explained to us some things that we didn't know as well as gave us some ideas on more efficient boilers for us to install. I would recommend him to anyone and will use him again.

Called him at 7 pm was out at the house that night. Very nice and explained every thing to me had the sink unplugged and flowing great with in a matter of minutes would use him again in a heart beat and have referred him to a few friends .

Our faucet has been a continuous problem and Keith has always been there to fix it. He has given us tips on how to reduce it until we were ready for our remodel. This was the last time I will have to have him do this as our remodel project started but it will not be the last time we hire Keith. He will be putting in our new plumbing for our remodel of both of our bathrooms. As always I will only go through Keith because of price professionalism punctuality and his attention to detail. He is always ready to show us what happened and what went wrong as well as give us cost effective ways to prevent it in the future. For all my plumbing needs Witts Water Works is the only one i will use.

I called about a leak in my backyard water spigot. Within an hour Keith Witt was out at my residence. He was very knowledgeable and friendly. After talking to him about not having another outdoor spigot, other than in the back yard he explained how it wouldn't be very hard to install another one in the front. We had wanted one for a long time but thought the process might be more than it's worth. Boy were we wrong. He cut us a great deal on it and installed it in no time at all. During the installation I mentioned a few issues we were having in the main bath with leaks and upgrades but that the price we were quoted from another contractor had been astronomical. After one quick call he had a MUCH lower quote and went out of his way to find us the best deal on fixtures we would need. He goes out of his way to make sure your highly satisfied and I would highly recommend him/Witts water works to anyone needing plumbing services in our area. You just can't buy service like that.
