Lee's Plumbing was great. The day before I had a plumber from another company come out to service my water heater because it was leaking gas. He was from my home warranty company. He installed a control valve and then left. That night I had a gas leak again. I called Lee's Plumbing and they came right out. They sent Mike, he was great. He diagnosed the problem within 20 minutes and we decided to install a new water heater. He came the next day, installed the water heater and made sure no gas was leaking. Everything was great, the price was great and the water heater works well. Thank you for fixing my problem promptly and correctly. I will never go with another plumber again.

Nothing to tell. They did what they said they would, in the time they said, at the price and removed the old one and cleaned up. You'd never know they'd been except for the brand new water heater.

Appointment was scheduled for approx. 12:00 at 11:10 Rod, The Technician called to let me know he was 20 minutes away. He came and was very personable, and professional. Charged amount as estimated. Was really great! would use him for sure next time a plumping need arises.

Our sewer line backed up and flooded portions of our basement. We had
only been in the area for two weeks and didn't know anyone to ask for
references and Lee's plumbing looked like a reputable company so we
called them out to inspect the sewer line. They ran a rooter down the
line and then scoped the line. The rooter portion was only a fraction
of the cost, the scoping was way more expensive but necessary to
diagnose the problem. The video showed minor root intrusion into the
line (one spot where a small root had gotten into the line, not enough
to create a clog). It also showed some pooling water in the line. This
is my first home, I am not a plumber, and I'm not too familiar with
proper slopes for sewer lines. This is why I contacted the plumber; for
expert advice.
The advice that was given was to use a root
dissolving product and we shouldn't have any other problems. This was
not the problem as the same backing up issue happened two years later. I
went through the same process again but with a different plumber. The
second round was cheaper and they identified the actual problem which
was the standing/pooling water in the line. There were and quot;belliesand quot; in the
line that backed up when a large amount of water was put down the
line.
We had the line replaced and have remodeled the basement
twice now and our original insurance company dropped us because we did
not make adequate effort to remedy the issue even though I followed what
Lee's plumbing suggested. We haven't had anymore issues with sewer
backups.

Had our outdoor faucet replaced. The basement had been finished years
ago and blocked off access to the appropriate pipes. The Lees installer
was very clear and courteous in explaining what would be required. His
work was clean, quick, and he was very professional. MUCH better than
all other local plumbers we've tried.

Appointment was easy to schedule. Technician was prompt and professional but I was overcharged for parts. At a local plumbing supply store, the flapper costs around $5 and the cartridge for the kitchen faucet was listed at $22 so I was charged $20 more for the parts than they actually cost. They charge around $100 an hour but do not have a service call charge so my bill for labor was $100 and parts was $50.

Lee's plumbing provided an accurate estimate and very professional work. Their crew was highly professional, courteous, and did a great job of listening to what we wanted the end result to be. They then discussed the options to get the job done with us in detail and helped us make good decisions to get to the best solutions. When changes came up they were flexible and gave an acurate on the spot estimate to the cost of the change order. The crew showed up on time, finished on schedule and left a clean work site. I could not have asked for a better contractor!
