Other than being a bit pricey! He was very professional, informative and he completed the task in the same day! I was very happy with the service Mike provided, he was a very pleasant man, very personable!

Courtney was phenomenal and cleaned up after himself. We have used them more than once. They were very polite, pleasant and professional. They accidentally overcharged us and he called us later that day and said he was ripping up the check and to just send a new one. However, Courtney doesn't work there anymore so we may not use them again. The owner was negative, so we will probably search where Courtney is and use that company.

This was an incredible experience.  the service was top notch, professional, friendly, competent and knowledgable.  this leak has been present for several months and we have only recently been aware of it.  We dug the initial hole and couldn't locate the source and ran out of time to fix it.  We called around as we had a big hole filled with water in our yard, approximately four feet deep.  I had called several other plumbers and none were able to do anything until Monday.  Mike Norr plumbing answered immediately and he dispatched someone as soon as they were done with another job.  Same day service and quick professional work are a trademark for this company.  Cortney is to be commended, he returned to his office to submit the bill, and he called me stating I had overpaid him and to mail another check and he would shred the one he had.  That is absolutely remarkable and this company stands for integrity.  I am delighted to have found them and will use them for any other needs we have.
