It always goes well, and if there is any problem they work hard to correct it to our and their satisfaction.

I own a flower shop in South Jordan, and my water heater broke and leaked all weekend. Jeff with Pond's came in and looked at it on Monday, gave me a quote, and had it fixed by Thursday. Having warm water is important for my business, and even though I knew they were so busy, he made the repair happen as quickly as possible. He was honest about cost, my options, and timing. I would highly recommend Pond's Plumbing!

They did excellent. They got it cleaned out and everything works. They were fairly rapid and got the job done and cleaned up after themselves so that was good.

Over the past several years, we have found this group to be personable, professional and knowledgeable, from the customer service person on the phone to the technicians who have serviced our heating, cooling and plumbing needs.  They are unfailingly courteous and work to provide excellent customer satisfaction.  They have fixed problems created by another company’s technicians.  They have been very responsive to timing issues, both in responding to emergencies as well as in setting and keeping appointments that work for our schedule.

They've done great so far! They're responsive and on time. We plan on having them move forward with the A/C replacement soon.

I bought a house that required a lot of work.  Although I was able to accomplish most of the repairs myself, I had to call the pros in for the plumbing and duct work.  We even added another bathroom.  I was very happy with both the cost and quality of the work they performed.  The old house is running like new and hasn't had any problems since!

I would recommend these plumbers to everyone. They also excel in heating and air!

We made it through however the toilet that doesn't flush is not being attended to even though I have called and requested service.

I called to make an appointment for someone to check out my AC unit.  It was not blowing any cold air, and was 89 degrees inside.  They said they were booked but would have a service tech come by before the end of day.  Sam called to say he was on his way and arrived at 5:00pm.  After working all day in 97 degree  heat, he was cheerful and very professional.  He tested everything and determined that the AC compressor was gone.  I decided to replace the entire unit.  Sam called an evaluator to confirm the size of the unit needed.  Chris called and showed up at 7:30pm to go over my options.  Once that was done, he scheduled the install for Wednesday the 27th at 8:30am.  Bryan arrived at 8:30am and explained his process.  He wore protective shoe covers whenever he was in the house.  He place drop clothes on all carpet areas.  He was very friendly and professional.  He took extra time to seal areas  in the ducts that were leaking air, and replace a water condensation pump at no extra charge.  He finished late in the afternoon and went over the operation of the new unit.  Everything is working perfectly.  Thank you very much.

I am "the husband" writing on my wife's account on her behalf, since I was the one who dealt with this service directly.  
I contacted Pond's for an estimate to re-route A/C lines into the furnace for an upcoming bath addition.  Long story short, it made sense to go with a complete new A/C unit, as our existing unit was around 25 years old and due to fail at any time.  
I was very happy with their service from start to finish.  The estimate was completed quidkly and I received it in a timely manner.  The price quoted was good for the work being done, and I was able to schedule the work quickly as well.  The installer did an outstanding job, nice clean work, and seemed to care about the quality and finish of his install.  I'll add for the record, that i'm pretty picky when it comes to judging the quality of work.  
Additionally, they went above and beyond as far as adding a new electrical fuse box, extending wires by re-running new wire instead of using a junction box without upping the price from the original quote.  As discussed in the quote, we were going to use the existing fuse box, and extend the wiring via a junction box to save money.  
Pond's seems to be a well run quality business, I would definitely recommend them.

I have used them several times. I have got an old house with a messed up system. I usually spend between $60.00 and $150.00 depending on what I have them do. The job went real well. They come promptly and they do their job. They send trustworthy people. We are extremely happy with them. Their price is competitive. The quality of work is excellent. Their responsiveness is good. Their punctuality and professionalism are excellent. I am sure I will use them again in the future unfortunately.

I received an outstanding installation on all new systems. They were very professional,competent, courteous & took time to explain everything to me. It was a good experience.
