Integrity and Honesty being our number one priority we always do what we say what we will do and put it all in writing too. It's safe to say we always show up to our appointments and the everyday work. Consistent, reliable, meticulous both in service and quality craftsmanship. Veteran owned & operated. If you are looking for the cheapest, aka low quality, contractor, I’m sure we are not it. We focus on high quality workmanship.
"Carl at Craftsman Connection LLC is the man to hire if you want the job done right the first time. I contacted him to do a bathroom remodel with a somewhat restrictive and tight time frame. He was able to accommodate all of my needs with no issues or delays. He is a true professional, a perfectionist and very trustworthy. Has been in the construction business for many years since he was young with his dad and is a building inspector so he knows what problems to look for and how they need to be fixed correctly. He does not typically work on multiple projects at the same time and will be there on time every day until your project is completed. I would encourage prospective clients to go online also and watch his very helpful and informative videos that he’s posted on YouTube. Also, don’t judge solely on price. As the saying goes…you get what you pay for. You’re going to come out ahead of the game by getting it done right the first time and avoiding hiring him after your previous contractor did crappy or slipshod work. "Expo Home did a fantastic job from beginning to end. Maurice our sales representative came to our home and very thoughtfully walked us through everything. He helped us to make a difficult and expensive purchase decision. The contract was signed Friday evening and the work was completed by Thursday afternoon. The installers Ricardo and Omar arrived promptly on install day morning at 8am and worked quickly to do all the work by 4pm. They respected our home and kept work areas clean with tarps. Omar especially kept me informed of the progress of the project throughout the day. Ricardo as the lead installer was very skilled in performing the work and knowledgeable about all the details of the project. They started working in February and I told Chris I wanted permit and he assured me that they would get a permit but came March and they never pulled a permit. They never finished the job. The first week of November they came back wit h the inspector. The inspector told that he needs to do one more thing and after that Chris never came back and I ended up hiring someone else."
