"CrossRoads Concepts did an outstanding job. I highly recommend them if you are in need of some remodel work. From the get-go, they were responsive, timely and professional, and very easy to work with. I had a mess of a kitchen in dire need of updating. Because my kitchen was so bad, my original estimate came in way above the cost for my home. They worked with me to get the cost down to a reasonable amount while maintaining an impressive result. My home is a bit older and they were even able to match my 50 year old crown molding, along with making my kitchen now flow the way a kitchen should. I never liked cooking in my kitchen before but now, it's a pleasure just to be in there. Debi Franklin, their designer, was incredible with her choices and colors, and listened to me - steering me in the right direction so it all remained tasteful. I can't say enough about how impressed I was and still am, with their work."

"Expo Home did a fantastic job from beginning to end. Maurice our sales representative came to our home and very thoughtfully walked us through everything. He helped us to make a difficult and expensive purchase decision. The contract was signed Friday evening and the work was completed by Thursday afternoon. The installers Ricardo and Omar arrived promptly on install day morning at 8am and worked quickly to do all the work by 4pm. They respected our home and kept work areas clean with tarps. Omar especially kept me informed of the progress of the project throughout the day. Ricardo as the lead installer was very skilled in performing the work and knowledgeable about all the details of the project. I would highly recommend Expo Home for your next tub to walk in shower conversion. Thanks to everyone at Expo Home team and satisfied to be member of their family."

"The crew did well. The owner Chris was good. They started working in February and I told Chris I wanted permit and he assured me that they would get a permit but came March and they never pulled a permit. They never finished the job. The first week of November they came back wit h the inspector. The inspector told that he needs to do one more thing and after that Chris never came back and I ended up hiring someone else."

He answered all of our questions about insurance, design, timeline, and costs, and once we hired him he immediately began working on mockups, ordering materials, and scheduling subcontractors. From day one, everything flowed smoothly. Jose was there to oversee everything, and his team is incredibly skilled. They finished ahead of schedule and on budget. "Stay away from this company at all costs. We had a large custom solarium window that needed to be replaced as part of a bedroom and bathroom remodel. I asked for a quote from Sunshine Sunrooms. Jerry Lackey the General Manager and Danny Ortiz the Project Manager came to my house, reviewed the project, and said they could absolutely handle the job. Jerry talked about how great their customer service was, how well they communicated, how I would be kept informed every step of the way, and how smooth the process would be. Even though Jerry was more like a used car salesman than a contractor, I decided to go with them because I thought they had expertise in this area. Unfortunately, none of what they promised from a customer service, communication, or timeliness of the process standpoint never materialized. I was the one who had to constantly follow up for updates on the build, delivery, and installation of the product. Throughout that process, I was given misinformation about when shipments would arrive, the completeness of shipments, and when installation could occur. I was told that all parts had arrived only to find out after the fact key pieces were missing because they didn't inventory their shipments. I was told installers would start on a certain day only to be told the original installer refused to do the project. This delayed our overall remodel for weeks because this window had to be installed before the bathroom was completed. This left us trying to get by with limited bathroom facilities and sleeping areas. Throughout all of this, even though Jerry Lackey admitted he knew what was going on, he never reached out to apologize or offer to help rectify the situation. The only other time I heard from Jerry was when he called me to threaten me with legal action on my property because I asked them for some consideration in the overall fees due to the inconvenience they put my family through. Can't tell you how frustrating this company was to deal with and having Jerry Lackey threaten me was just the icing on the cake."

David came out daily to inspect the work. He is very knowledgeable about his profession. He has also remodeled kitchens and bathrooms for some of my friends. All of the work has been fabulous."
