Had a 12 month contract for him to come out 4 times, once every 3 months. He had me pay the whole thing up front, then he came ONCE. After several months, I got a letter from his brother's company saying that I was referred to them. I called his brother's company and was told they were taking over maintenance contracts, but they weren't being compensated for the work they were taking on. They also wouldn't be able to make up for the missed appointments that Daniel didn't show up for. I have spoken to him on the phone multiple times over the last 6 months trying to find a reasonable solution, and each time he promises to make things square, but he never does. I called him one last time this morning and left a message that he didn't return. If you dig deeper online, you'll see that this guy has been fined by the Texas Commission on Environmental Quality in the past when he operated another business called Northside Wastewater Systems. Also... the address given for this business on Angie's List looks fake. There's a burger place and a cell phone store there. So, the facts are... he was fined by the state for his noncompliance with the Texas Water Code or the Texas Health and Safety Code, he took money from a customer and didn't do the work, then dumped jobs on his brother without paying him for anything.

I called Dan out of the blue, knowing I had to replace the system but I didn't know the first step. He took time out to explain EVERYTHNG I needed to know. At this point in the process he wasn't even a consideration for work, just a person I called to get going. He spent ~30 minutes on the phone, during his busy day just to answer questions. Once I received my permit, I called Dan back had we began to venture down the replacement path (he got first shot primarily because he took time out of his day to answer all my questions....not to mention he was a tad cheaper than the other quote I received). He promptly came out to the house, and spent a good amount of time explaining EVERYTHING, even the dumb questions. We fought my timing, his timing, and mother nature, but finally got to a time to complete. I can't say enough how professional Dan and his team were. They did everything like he said, was done in the time he said they'd be complete and there was no surprises. An exceptional contractor experience (since I got burned the last contractor I hired).

We called All Septics on Friday night when we started having major problems with the toilets. They were not in, but we described our problems to the answering machine and asked for advice. However, after deciding to get the tanks pumped by ABRACADABRA SEPTIC PUMPING SERVICES, we decided that we would not need them, and did not follow up on these calls. However, Sunday morning, James was checking his messages for the weekend and made a follow-up call anyway. We told him that the septic was being pumped and he said he would check back after the pumping job to see if we needed anything else. He called that afternoon, and we told him about the problems with scheduling, so he agreed to call back later. When we finally discovered the root of the problem was with the septic pumps, we called James again. He said was busy Monday morning, but agreed to come by when he was finished with his route in Houston. He arrived in the mid afternoon, after checking in several times that morning to apprise us of his schedule. When he arrived, and advised that the job would probably cost $600, since it appeared that the original aerator pump had died. But while checking the entire pump system using a systematic approach, he found problems with the embedded wiring. After fixing that problem, he traced the ultimate problem to a fused wire in the main control box, which he promptly fixed. That avoided the installation of a new aerator pump. All of this was done within around an hour of his arrival. When he left, the entire system was checked, the chlorinator was drained and filled with bleach and the area was cleaned and restored to its original condition. I was very impressed by James' efficiency and professionalism. And he charged us a very fair price considering all the work he did.

It took several hours late in the day! They made the repair and did not leave until they made sure it was right!

James arrived at the agreed time, and went right to work. He diagnosed the problems, and recommended a course of action, including a proposed price that was literally half of previous estimates. We agreed to the work, and he was done in about 2 hours. James deducted the Angies List coupon from the work, and set up a service contract for the coming year. We asked All Septics to take care of our system largely because of James work.

Working with All Septics was great! James came out and did an inspection of an aerobic septic system that is installed at a property that we are purchasing. He was prompt, very courteous, and worked super hard in the blazing heat. After the inspection, he took the time to walk through the components of the system with my wife and me and showed us where potential issues could occur. James also requested the permit and septic design from the county to look at the layout and whether it had changed substantially. All in all, it was a great experience and we will be using All Septics to service our system due to there professionalism, courteousness, and efforts to inform us as consumers (that never had an aerobic septic system). James and I had to reschedule two or three times either due to my schedule or his and each time it was very easy. He was here on time and gave me a good price. I hope the maintenance end of this goes as well, we will see in three months!

He did a fantastic job. We was very prompt, helpful and honest. He is a great family man and when I did have an issue I called him and he fixed it quickly.

We changed from another provider in 2014.  All Septics immediately found problems with the system and made recommendations to correct the problems and improve performance.  They have been a pleasure to work with and continue to provide excellent service and repairs.

It went fine, I thought till I was selling the house, and the buyer had a company come out and do an inspection of the system. Found out that All Septics had not done what James had said that he had done.
He charged me $800. The other inspector said that the sprinkler that were to be replaced didn't match and that the tank needed to be pumped before the system could be used. This cost me $2500 to the buyer. I would not hire him again. Women beware. I think that he just took advantage of me.

The technician has only been out once. The contract is for three inspections a year. The technician that came out was thorough, professional, and walked me through my system. He showed me everything that I have and explained stuff to me, told me what he was going to do. I picked them because I felt good about them after I talked to them. The price was competitive and he was I time. I will continue to use them.

1.  Technician arrived and introduced himself and told me what he needed to do to complete inspection.  He told me the price for the initial inspection and a yearly contract to inspect quarterly.  He arrived exactly on time, was professional and courteous.  He told me what he was going to do and how much the inspection was going to cost and that since I used Angies List I got a $30.00 discount.  I also signed a years contract for quarterly inspections required by the state.  The cost was extremely reasonable and the inspection was thorough.  The total for the inspection and the quarterly inspections was $170.00.   I recommend them highly.

Easy to get an appointment. Arrived as promised. Did a good job. I would definitely hire again.
