Don’t call First Service Plumbing if you have a problem, they are the last ones to call. Plumber took off a newly installed valve(3 weeks old) stating it was defective and installed a new one per owner(Vance) The one the technician installed was defective just like the one he replaced.( supposedly)was charged 575$ to replace a defective part with another defective part. I’ve tried and tried to contact the owner(Vance) with numerous emails and phone calls, with NO response whatsoever. Even if you try to contact the business email firstserviceplumbing.com it doesn’t work. Bad company service, terrible communication and poor quality service. The last plumbing company you should call. Zero stars

Showed up within an hour after I called! Very professional and efficient service.

Installation was done improperly and as a result, toilet didn't flush properly. After talking with the manufacturer, problem with air flow was corrected. In contractor's defense, this was the first time that he had installed this type of unit.

Came right out and provided an estimate and got right to work fixing the toilet leak. Noticed an additional problem with the toilet and repaired that as well. The extra charge was discounted since he was already on site.

I had contacted First Service Plumbing and Drains to give me a second opinion on a plumbing quote I received. They responded really quickly to my request and had someone out to my residence. The technician was punctual, polite and very knowledgeable. He diagnosed the problem quickly and was able to fix immediately at a very fair cost. I highly recommend this business.

They were outstanding. Looked at what needed to be done. Quoted a price. I said yes and asked when they could do it and they were able to do it today. They were courteous, cleaned up and I felt their quote was outstanding. They are my plumbing call from now on.

Ron was very accommodating in providing multiple quotes for the different levels of work to be considered by our insurer on this freeze claim. Ron, Chris and Vance were extremely professional and courteous throughout the two plus day process of job. Kim in office was always helpful in scheduling and providing info to Ron and team. Before our job was to start, we discovered an added leak which team quickly got out to handle. When we discovered a minor drain leak after the work, Vance was sent out next day to repair. There was no charge for that work, even though it may or may not have been caused by repipe job. All in all was very happy with this firm. This was our first, but definitely not our last experience with them. We will be happy to recommend them to our friends and neighbors.

Really well. The lady handling the service calls was prompt and helpful. The two gentleman who came to do the work did an awesome job and took the time to show me each repair once completed. I would definitely recommend.

It didn't go - or at least it hasn't gone. I truly understand the delays during and after the recent super-freeze. I called on 2/16/21. The person I talked to said "not today". I will put you on the list - possibly Wednesday or Thursday (2/17-2/18). I tried calling several days later but got no answer. So, I'm still waiting on at least a courtesy call back to tell me anything. It's been 14 days and nothing. I might consider hiring them in the future if they ever bother to call me back.

We discovered on Christmas Eve (Thursday) that we had no hot water. I first called my previous plumber that serviced it (descaled) in September. Left a message but no call back (ever)- McKinley Plumbing. So I then found First Service via Angies and called them; left message. Ron called me back within an hour, had me describe the situation over the phone and told me a few things to try which I did. These allowed us to have hot water during that weekend at least intermittently. Ron came out Monday and indicated that there was an electrical issue that needed to be resolved first (voltage swings) before an accurate diagnosis could be achieved. I got my electrician out later in the week to do that work (moved AC outlet near to heater). Once that debug variable was removed, Ron came and proceeded to diagnose the issue which he believed was a faulty fan. I agreed to pay to have him replace it which he promptly did. We've had good hot water ever since. First Service / Ron's my new go to plumber. Very responsive and explained in great detail what he thought was wrong with the unit and the reasons behind it. Looks like he was right
