"The engineer, Phil, who responded to my request was the only on of the eight recommendations who responded with in the first hour of my making inquiry for my need for an inspection of my pool enclosure by an environmental professional. And he wat h only one that as willing to perform the inspection on the same day, a Saturday, at 2:00 PM.
