I was happy with water softener and I would recommend them.

Mr. Fred Winegar and I spoke by phone initially after I obtained the Angies List recommendation. He seemed knowledgeable and I asked him to come and examine my greenhouse unit. Mr. Winegar and two assistants came to my home and thoroughly examined my commmercial R.O. unit as well as the residential kitchen unit and our soft water unit. They were careful and discussed all items that they thought I should be aware of. Repairs were made Mr. Winegar put my property on an annual check up basis. In addition to the foregoing, Mr. Winegar made suggestions for improving the performance of my commercial R.O. unit. The entire experience could not have been more positive. Moreover, the charge for all of this was very reasonable. I could not recommend this company any higher.

Tye showed up on time and was pleasant, efficient and helpful in teaching me about the operation of my water softener with which I was not familiar having just recently purchased the home

Exceptional service. I thought I might need new resin ford water softener tank. He told me the water was testing hard & after inspection he said all I needed was more salt. He recommended that I keep the salt level high to avoid any hard water. I was very impressed with his honesty. He won’t sell you an upgrade or new parts if it’s not truly the problem. Honest & trustworthy is a rare & beautiful service and exactly what you can expect with Tye the water guy!

First let me say they showed up on-time, did what they said they were going to do at a good price. 5 stars in my book. Called a couple of places before the Waterman. I wanted a water softener with an up flow valve. One local company did not know what that was.. Tye came to my to inspect and adjust mt Water Softner. I couldn't believe that he came on time, when he said he would. He spent an hour explaining the system, testing the water and on adjustment. You can’t afford not to get this service. Tye “The Water Guy” Washington walked us through every detail and aspect of owning a home water softener, from construction and manufacturing methods to its installation, making us feel comfortable with our purchase at every step. As a result of this purchase, we’ve never had any hard waters stains/spots or buildups and our skin is healthy and glows like never before. Heck, the skin irritation that I used have before purchasing our water softener has even gone away. Now, I’m not saying this will cure all of your ails but it was a great investment for our family and we’d do it again but only with Tye.

Tye and his team are the best at what they do. I really appreciate what they did for our new home. I recommend him and his team anytime.
