Ricardo was very thorough in explaining what he was going to do and gave an accurate timeline for completion of the project. On the last day I had a doctors appointment and he waited for my return to connect and program my rain bird to wi-fi for access from my phone. He also took his time to show me each zone, turn them on, how to change the days or times I want to water, and how to give access to family members. Ricardo was very nice and said he would be back to ensure everything is going well with the irrigation system. He even put everything needed for n irrigation system in the backyard just in case I decide to get it done in the future. I highly recommend Obregon L&I. "The entire experience with Tri County was great. Workers were timely, polite and cleaned up very well when work was done. Our back yard system hadn’t worked for years and I originally felt that replacing it would be the best option. The owner, when out to give me the estimate, felt he could save the system and that it wasn’t worth replacing. In the end, they only had to fix a wiring problem and replace/move a few heads to get the old system working well. I felt comfortable with the entire experience.
