"Professional experience throughout. The demo and entire project was handled professionally from start to finish by Dave Peters. All of the contractors/team were professional, engaging and extremely polite. The house looks great…backsplashes in the kitchen and bathroom looks great as does all the tile work on shower walls and around our fireplace. New LVP flooring looks fantastic. Highly recommend D Michael Design and Dave Peters!"

"Exceptional tile installation for a fireplace renovation by Affordable Renovation Services LLC. Anthony and his team performed the tile installation that was amazing! Our neighbors and even the fireplace contractor commented on the tile installation. Highly recommend them for future renovations."

"They did a fantastic job on my walk in shower bench repair. Other contractors didn't want to do the job because it was too small of a job or they quoted me a lot more money. Guys unlimited showed up on time, professional, friendly, knowledgeable and my walk in shower looks good as new. I will definitely use this contractor again!"

"Very happy with the services received and work done. Very professional, efficient, and excellent quality of work. I would use Ibarreal Construction again for future projects, and recommend them for anyone looking for a contractor."

"Elliot gave us the most professional quality of work and assisted in advising us on the processes with the contract work and making sure that we had comparable quotes so that we could make wise decisions at different points in the project. He personally oversaw the work and made sure that the multiple contractors had every detail corrected down to the smallest of nicks or scratches in the sheetrock. The quality of his work is unmatched by any contractor I have ever worked with. He was so trustworthy and loyal to us as a customer. I would recommend him 110%."

"Dave is one of the most professional contractors I have ever worked with in 20 years. He keeps you informed for the entire project and goes beyond your expectations. I live out of town so it was very important to be updated. Dave called, sent texts, and photos to ensure my comfort with the progress. He is very concerned about your property and makes you aware of any issues that need to be addressed. I highly recommend Dave and his company."

"From day 1, owner Elliot & his team, Jose Luis, Elias, & Samuel, were very kind, caring, considerate, professional, & trustworthy. They handled a complete remodel of my parents' primary bedroom & bathroom after another contractor left them high & dry. We appreciate their fantastic communication, punctuality, design guidance, construction expertise, & fair pricing. It was a great comfort to have the expertise of a civil engineer, owner Elliot, overseeing the project, timeline, & personally inspecting progress daily. The construction team lead by Jose Luis was incredibly experienced, professional, kind, & courteous. The remodel was completed beautifully with every detail considered, including post-construction house cleaning & furniture arranging. We are thrilled to now have a gorgeous & safe primary suite for my parents to better support their needs as they age. If you are considering a remodel, call El Elyon! They treat you like family & do an incredible job, on time at a fair price!"
