We were quoted a great price and the final product met the expectations we wanted to achieve. They did an excellent job transforming our two level deck into a one level deck to make it seem bigger and eliminate that extra step down, rebuilt the entire deck and stairs, demoed old built-in benches (and the rest of the old deck), and added a new bar as well as railings. All of this was done in about a week and a half or so. They were very professional and we have already recommended them to a few people & will be doing business again with them soon for future work. Highly recommend!

Beautiful work and great service! Three sections of our fence blew down in high winds, posts snapped at the ground, it was a mess! One phone call to Enrique the owner of Olvmar and he was out estimating the amount of material and the time to replace. This team outlined the work needed to be done, suggested ways to improve the design against the strong winds, and provided a time frame of when they would start and when they would finish. The work was as promised, the fence looks great! And they hauled off the old fence and cleaned up the yard, great service! I?m looking for other projects I can have them do for us. Quality work, great price, quick turnaround. Olvmar construction is great!

Don't sleep on this Father/Son Team. I had a 2 level deck; needed a large second level portion of my deck torn down and just make an extension of the 1st level. They came and provided a very fair quote. Once they started the project, you are their only project, so they are not moving between projects. They noticed that my existing deck area was slouching a little and adjusted it and provided extra support before adding the addition. Very meticulous in their work (materials, cuts, etc..) Couple of sprinkler pipes got damaged as a result of the build and they repaired (no extra charge). They do not take money up front, but do ask for 1/2 after the second full day of work, which for the amount of work they completed, was fair (complete tear down of a very large second level deck and setting of new post). Payment of the remainder is at the completion of the project. I highly recommend them.

This is a father/son team. They did an AMAZING job on our deck. They tore down the old deck, hauled everything away and built us an almost 400 sq ft deck…with a roof. They used nothing but quality lumber. They were very meticulous about their work and made sure we were satisfied with it. If there was something we wanted to change, they were accommodating. Their pricing was very reasonable. They were very respectful to my wife and I. I have already recommended them to two other friends. If you want a good quality deck, these are the boys you want to hire! I plan on bringing them back to build us a gazebo!

Both son and father did an excellent job. Customer service was great. They're are friendly. Install was excellent. They cleaned up after the job was completed. Communication throughout the job was excellent. The material was good. All was acceptable and in good condition.

Excellent work and reasonable price

After talking with Mr. Enrique Olverra and his Son, I added two more fencing projects that I hadn't planned at doing at this time. They replaced posts and planks, repaired gate and replaced hardware. Cost was below what I was expecting. The quality of work was more than I expected. Materials used were better quality than others offered on other estimates I received. They were on time and did a nice clean up after finished with the job. I would highly recommend and I have a future project I'm thinking about doing. If I decide to do it, I will most certainly use them. If you are looking for fence repair/replacement I highly suggest this Father and Son team.

They repaired some wooden fencing, replaced some fencing, replaced a small deck, and repaired and replaced wooden gates. They kept us thoroughly informed throughout the project. They are a very nice and reliable father and son team. Would definitely hire them again.

They installed 280 linear feet of cedar fence. I am extremely happy I found them. Fence is beautiful and strong. Couldn?t have picked a better duo for this project. Very reasonable and never missed anything. Communication was great from the start. I will be telling my friends and family about them for sure !

He under bid 2 others and then tried to get me to pay 50% more than the estimate and I got DIy built instead of something professionally built

I am writing this letter for others to acknowledge the quality of work and the type of material Mr Enrique Olvera suggested that would last a lifetime .The material was steel with a paint coating called Ameristar Power Coating which gives it a look of beauty with a lifetime finish. Mr. Olvera installed the best quality of fence with a coating that is durable and will not fade or require touchup for the duration of the time that it stays installed. The fence he installed is 5ft tall and 8ft wide and my yard required 560ft of fence.He provided a quote for the fence, labor,and installation of the fence. The price was competitive with other quotes received and his bit was less than the others,so he got the job. At the time he gave me the quote he didn't know he would need a power heavy hammer to dig the holes to install the posts because the ground had a lot of rocks. Having the obstruction of the rooks he encountered while digging the holes, the depth was still the same. I was very pleased and satisfied with the work and the time it took him to finish. I believe Mr. Olvera has a lot of pride and cares about the quality of his work. If I had other work to do I would be glad to offer the job to him, since I know the quality of work he does.
