Provided an accurate itemized quote to include, removing dead lawn, installing hardscape, plant beds, irrigation system, 4 inches of enriched topsoil, sodded Zoysia. All completed ahead of schedule - definitely exceeded our expectations.

I had Industrialawn remove all my front yard and xeriscape, plus add driveway extensions/walkways in stamped concrete and replace the side lawns with rock. Shawn brought an army of workers, all of whom were hard working and polite. They did an outstanding job. I love the yard now, and we get tons of compliments on it.

As to cost, IndustrialLawn, LLC may be expensive. But since it has been a few years since I had landscape work, I am not really a good judge. I do believe you get what you pay for, and IndustrialLawn, LLC is probably the best. Shawn is easy to work with. We made a couple of minor changes during the work, and he was very receptive. We were impressed with his crew. They were very courteous and competent. We spent $26,000 for the total project. It was more than I originally planned, but what we got was what we wanted. As to the re-sodding, he scraped the entire yard first, which got rid of the weeds. Then he added dirt then the sod. This is an excellent approach. Additionally we added four trees and some plants. Concrete edging around our plants and trees in front, along with some river rock. In the back a fairly large area was outlined in small boulders and filled with rock. Our entire fence was replaced and stained on both sides. A second gate was added. Our deck in the back was stained with some minor replacement on the steps. Shawn is very responsive and closely supervises the work.

Very reasonable scheduling, full crew for deck/pergola/staining, zeroscaping, limb removal. Left some stain for us which we appreciated. Very nice to work with, fair price, exceptional quality! Highly recommend

Sean was absolutely awesome to work with. We had about 4-5 estimates before Sean, and he immediately stood out. He was polite, professional, knowledgeable, and detail oriented. He brought out measuring equipment and gave us a real quote instead of pacing back and forth before throwing out a random number (like some other contractors). Our project was to push back a retaining wall about 30 feet and install a new one with lights and sod. Even when our project hit some issues, Sean worked to keep the cost down and ensure the project got completed. Our project did take longer than expected, but this was largely in part due to weather and circumstances outside of the crews control. And when we had small concerns after the project was completed, Sean did an outstanding job of coming back and doing minor touch ups to ensure we were happy. 10/10 would hire this crew again.

This is not some fly by night outfit. They are extremely professional & knowledgeable. Shawn knows landscaping & you can trust his laid-back nature. The crews are just as knowledgeable & trustworthy. Shawn does not stand over them as they are seasoned professionals who know how to do the job. This company seems to be well run, with nice equipment, a talented owner & employees who enjoy their jobs. Iâ d hire them again without hesitation. Plus Shawn extends a discount to military homeowners including Veterans!

IndustriaLawn got their crew out as scheduled. They were able to complete a large project in one day because they had the crew and materials ready to go. A little higher priced than some, but it was great to get the job all done in a day.

You cannot find a better company to work with. Shawn and his teams were professional, honest, courteous, respectful, friendly and easy to work with. There were no corners cut and no detail request went undone. Everyone showed up on time as promised, and all workers were very conscientious about not taking more than an hour for lunch. As for the quality of the work they did, I cannot praise them enough. For me, they demolished a large, 8 foot elevated deck and replaced it with a great cedar deck with lattice under the entire deck as I requested; they sealed the deck; they enclosed the bottom of an unsightly, elevated metal storage building with mortared limestone blocks around the bottom and built a concrete ramp and railings going up to the building; they installed limestone rocks into two large, empty, enclosed planting areas; they yanked out 30-year-old, straggly bushes from all across the front of the house and built mortared limestone flowerbeds and planted and mulched new bushes all across the front of the house; they built new double doors to a storage shed that had rotted and installed the new doors and painted them; they repaired and painted two porch posts; and they replaced and painted a rotten floorboard on a wooden, double swing set. You can see that they can do just about everything, and with all that work it only took a little over two weeks to finish everything. They did quality work on everything, and there is nothing I am unhappy about that they did. His employees were all so great that I will miss seeing them. You can’t go wrong with IndustriaLawn.

Beds were adjusted as I asked and when work was complete so was the cleanup. I will use this company for all future landscape projects.

Quality work! So glad they were recommended to me. They were fast, courteous and affordable. We asked them to fix a portion of a retention wall for a flower bed. A section had been slowly falling down. They not only fixed that section, they patched up the whole wall. It looks like its new. I would definitely hire them for any lawn or garden service.
