"Theo was amazing! I had talked with the alarm monitoring company (Moni) about the issue and they were going to send someone out to the house to replace a sensor, although they were doubtful that is what t it was. In the meantime, I decided to call ProTECHt, even though they had installed our system 3 years ago. I talked with Theo, the owner, on a Saturday and he talked me through some attempts to find out what was wrong. I insisted the noise was coming from the sensor and he, nicely, insisted it couldn't be. He took me through some tests, we deleted the sensor from the system through the keypad and even took it off the wall and put it in another room and, lo and behold, we were still getting these horribly loud beeps from the hallway! As it turns out, the beeps were coming from a carbon monoxide detector in the same hallway indicating the battery needed to be changed. How embarrassing! On Sunday, Theo walked me through reprogramming our system and all is okay now. I don't know of too many business owners who would be willing to spend time assisting a customer on a Saturday and Sunday, do you? Theo charged us a $50 service fee, only at my urging."

"Jack gave us a very competitive price on what appears to be a high quality system.  JR, the installer was a professional. He was friendly, thorough, quick and efficient.  If he ran into any major hiccups he must have figured them out very quietly because we only heard from him a couple of times during the daylong process.  This business seems to have a full schedule, so don't expect to get your stuff done overnight.  I generally like to work with busy people - it is a good sign.  I have other projects and plan to work with this team in the future.
